Find yourself perched mere steps from the surf and make yourself at home in this adorable coastal condo here in Ocean City! No need to deal with busy beach traffic, this beachside property means you don't even have to cross the street to get to the sand.

Though you will want to spend each day exploring the eclectic shops nearby and indulging in days at the beach, any downtime will be a blast with free WiFi, a full kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The living room will be the hub for entertaining with a large TV, comfortable furnishings, coastal decor, and access to the private balcony that will be perfect for sipping a cocktail at sunset. Not to mention, the chef of the group will feel right at home with all of the appliances, utensils, and dishware needed to create tasty meals. Don't wait a minute longer, you deserve that long-awaited getaway!

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Traversing stairs is required to reach this vacation home and there is no elevator.
A bike rack is available for use.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Short trip

This is a nice place for a long weekend. The steps to the third floor are a bit much to stay longer than that.

Great location with plenty of room. Needs some repairs, especially banister to the deck which is shaky. Needs to be addressed asap for safety. Otherwise nice place.

Great location

This quiet location is ideal with a short walk to the beach, stores, pizza, coffee, donuts, ice cream, miniature golf, and seafood boils. The six of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 college kids) fit comfortably in the 3 bedroom unit. Beds were comfy, AC worked great, and the dining room table was large enough for all of us. The 2 parking spots were awesome. Plenty of public parking of you arrive before check-in. I wouldn’t recommend the unit for elderly guests due to the steep steps. Also be careful pulling into the building if you have car with low ground clearance. There is a bit of a dip entering and exiting.

Easy parking, lots of stairs to spacious condo. Well supplied. Beds were comfy. Lots of room on the balcony with view of 143rd street. Half a block from Fractured Prune and King Kone. Easy walk to beach. Halfway between two lifegiard towers, so no lifeguards near by. Shower and foot wash out back. TV remotes may need batteries. I found cables in a drawer to connect DVD player. Microwave did not work and was neither repaired nor replaced despite several promises from the management company to do so. The broken microwave was a significant downer because we could not heat baby bottles or leftovers or snacks. Otherwise no issues.

The place is NOT clean - OLD and MUSTY. IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED AND UPDATED. IT NEEDS A THOROUGH UPGRADE - THERE ARE NO UTENSILS AND PLATES AND MUGS NOR CUPS - EVERTHING IS DIRTY AND OLD.

Beach Block Happiness

This unit is cute and conveniently located on the same block as the beach at the north end of OC. The stairs are a lot, but you'll definitely get your steps in, and the 3rd floor balcony view is very nice. The unit had everything we needed. I'd definitely recommend

Perfect Stay by the Beach

My family and I were so pleasantly surprised by the space and location of Sunshine East 301. Let’s start with the location. It’s on the beach block (you don’t have to cross the road). This is big when you have kids and a lot of things to carry. The space itself is much bigger than it looks on the photos even. Very comfortable, modern and clean. It’s professionally cleaned after each stay as we saw the cleaning ladies both before and after our stay. Another thing worth mentioning about the unit is that it’s very private! This is a big deal in Ocean City because some other places we’ve stayed there’s been a lot of loud groups who were partying. Not here. Each floor is its own unit. Really couldn’t have asked for a better setup! Definitely still stay again.

Great stay…minor issues!

The condo was great, only issues were the fact that there were multiple flights of stairs (and no elevator) to access the property, was left out of the booking details. Also there was only one key left to access the property, making it difficult for us to go our separate ways. The wifi was very weak, so the only useable tv was in the living room, near the router. Overall, property was very clean and in great convenience to the beach!

Great spot near the beach

We enjoyed our three night stay here very much! The condo is a block and a half to the beach, a nice short walk for us and the kids. The dune crossing is lovely and the sand is soft. Inside, the place is clean and smells good. The beds were good and the arrangement were great for us + 2 kids + Grandparents. Bathrooms have clearly been updated/well maintained (kudos on the neat towel wrapping!) The kitchen is small, but the dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and fridge worked great. There was a coffee machine that we didn't use (Aeropress FTW). Nice selection of glasses plates and silverware. But who wants to spend time cooking at the beach? There are several *excellent* food places within walking distance -- pizza and low country boil half a block north, and just before the Deleware line a great taco place. The third floor location allowed us to see the water from the balcony, but it was a little bit of a strain for the Grandparents. The decking on the outdoor shower could use some repair, so just be cautious when you use it. The parking lot will also get pretty full when the whole condo is occupied - there are six units total and the parking spaces aren't numbered. Parking permits are in the unit when you arrive. When we visited the rest of the condos were empty, so parking wasn't an issue. Would absolutely rent here again!

Would 100% recommend!

This condo was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, great location! The balcony is huge and has a view of the ocean which was lovely. The bedrooms were good-sized and the living space was very spacious. Few things to note: the condo is on the 3rd floor (4 flights of stairs) so that is something to consider if you are bringing a lot of stuff or have someone who is unable to go up and down stairs. Also, the sheets are provided but the quality of the sheets was terrible! If you’re picky about that type of thing, I’d recommend to bring your own. All in all, I’d highly recommend this place and will hopefully be back again very soon!
