Welcome to Parkside, a beautifully renovated property located in Seaside, Florida, right by Ruskin Park. This stunning second-floor renovation now accommodates 12 guests. The entire floor has been fully updated, featuring two new king primary bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom with its own bath, and a fun bunk room designed for up to five kids.
The first king primary bedroom overlooks Ruskin Park and boasts a private, luxurious bathroom and a balcony with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Also on this floor are the second and third bedrooms (a king and a queen), each offering a private bath, custom built-in closets, and high-end Peacock Alley linens. The fourth bedroom is a custom-designed bunk room, with a double-over-double bunk bed, comfortably sleeping four kids. A spacious rear balcony extends across the back of the condo, offering lounge seating and wonderful views of the town and treetops.
Head up to the third floor, either by stairs or elevator, to find the fifth bedroom, another king primary suite. This suite features a newly renovated bathroom with dual vanities, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub. Located on a 1,600 square-foot floor, this primary suite also has its own private balcony with views of Ruskin Park and shares the space with the communal living areas.
The third floor offers an open-concept layout, combining the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, with a spiral staircase leading to a large open-air rooftop. The kitchen has been fully renovated with new stainless steel appliances, countertops, and more. Designer furnishings throughout the space include a dining table for eight, breakfast bar seating for three at the kitchen island, and an additional dining area for four. The fourth-floor rooftop boasts an outdoor seating area with breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the town of Seaside.

Minimum stay requirements: 7 nights Saturday to Saturday in Summer; 5 nights in Spring; 3 nights in Fall. Available to rent from mid-May to mid-September only. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent and sign registration.
