バタフライハウスは、ネグリルの村からそれほど遠くない場所にあり、海沿いの岩の上に美しく位置しています。 ベッドルームとリビングエリアの両方に薄型テレビとエアコンが備わっています。
小さなバルコニーに隣接した寝室の「コーラル」からは、カリブ海、庭園、そして岩が見渡せます。 寝室にはクイーンサイズのベッドがあります。 寝室は直接 "専用バスルーム"につながっています。
ベッドルームの「Breeze」には、広々としたサンテラス、「キングサイズ」ベッド（必要に応じてシングルベッド2台）、独立したバスルームがあります。 シーツとタオルが用意されています。タオルは毎日交換されます。
１階リビング＆ダイニングエリアはエレガントでモダンで、キッチンには「オープンプランスタイル」で開放されています。 リビングエリアにはあなたがいます。 A。あなたがそれを見ることができない寛大な快適なソファは、必要に応じて非常に快適なダブルベッドに変わります。 薄型テレビと無料Wi-Fi（家の中で利用でき、家からそれほど遠くない場所にあります）は、外の世界とのつながりを確実に維持できるようにします。

ビーチの準備が整ったら、プールハウスまで徒歩3分です。 ここには、海の景色を望む広いインフィニティプール、必要に応じてサンラウンジャー、たくさんの太陽または日陰、そしてもちろん輝くカリブ海の砂浜があります。
シュノーケリング用具を忘れないでください。ビーチと隣接する湾全体はジャマイカ保護局によって保護されており、ジャマイカでのシュノーケリングに最適な場所の1つと考えられています。 ここには信じられないほどの水中世界があります。

Most amazing stay

This place is absolutely amazing. I have stayed at many rentals and this has to be one of the top stays I have ever had. THe private beach is amazing, the house is gorgeous, and the backyard is very unique. 100% would stay here again. The property is very close to 7 miles beach (5-7 min by car).

Wonderful family trip

Our family has traveled to Belize and Mexico over the past 5 years. My children say this is their favorite place. We had a relaxing trip and enjoyed every minute. Butterfly house is perfect and family friendly. We took taxi’s paying $10-15 on average for family of five. We spent time at Xtabi, Boardwalk Village, and had a few meals at smaller local establishments. Mamma D cooked 2 meals for us which were wonderful. The new Hilo grocery in Negril is stocked with everything you need. We also had Mr Dickinson transport us from the airport both ways. I could go on and on….. highly recommended!

Tropical Bliss

Butterfly House was just what my family I needed to refresh ourselves after a hectic first half of the year. The property was immaculate, nicely appointed with all the comforts one would need in a home away from home. So many hang out spots all over the house and especially in the lush tropical garden. We all had our favorites but we all agreed that the gazebo over looking the ocean was by far the property's best feature. We started and ended everyday at the gazebo. The community was quite with friendly neighbors. The community has its own private beach and a very large pool. We visited during memorial weekend Holidays when one would expect that alot of American visitors would be present but despite that neither pool nor the beach was ever crowded. The only downside I would say is the distance from Negril. you definately need a car or alternatively a reliable local taxi driver (I am sure Mama D can assist with that). Mama D helped us to feel right at home, she provided tips for thngs to do and places to go. She was awesome. Verna and Ben are the consumate hosts. Super responsive to queries and requests. They did such an amazing job at ensuring that we were completely at home and comfortable. The only mistake you could make with this property is not booking it for long enough. We highly recommend staying here. I visited with my wife and daughter and my mother and friend visited for 2 days. Everyone fell in love with the place. WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK if Verna and Ben would have us.

Highly recommended

What a beautiful place! The Butterfly House is a two-story townhome in a secure gated community, with a large community pool and a gorgeous sand beach. The house itself is very nice, spacious and welcoming, perfect for 4 people. The gardens are simply beyond compare, especially the private "lookout" high above the ocean - you can spend hours under the palapa reading or just watching the waves and the party boats. The kitchen is well equipped; beach towels, coolers etc. are provided; beds are comfortable; air conditioning is good (but not necessary as the house stays pretty cool throughout the day); the internet is reliable. The beach is private to the community, very beautiful and well maintained, plenty of space when we visited (late January), lots of beach chairs, no umbrellas but lots of luscious trees to hide under if you need shade. The ocean waters are warm and clean and calm enough for little ones but the pool water is unheated and a little cold. The housekeeping was excellent (hi Mama Dee!) and the recommended driver was incredibly helpful (hi Kevin!). In addition to airport pick up Kevin can organize any excursion or activity for you so no need to plan ahead, just chat with him on the way from the airport. I did take away 1 star for "location & neighborhood" because it's a 10-15 minute drive to grocery, restaurants, or the nearby 7-mile beach. You can call a taxi from the security gate but it takes a long time so I recommend texting Kevin instead (his prices are cheaper too, especially for the airport pickup). Please ask Kevin about the Zimbali mountain farm dinner, it was the highlight of our visit!

Marvelous views and accommodations!

The accommodations were wonderful, as was the housekeeper Momma Dee. She made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. You will not be sorry if you choose the Butterfly House. Has the most beautiful yard in the area, and so peaceful. When we go back to Negril this would be our first choice. Verna and Ben are very knowledgeable about the area. Also, very responsive to your emails.

Peaceful villa with a prime position and beautiful garden

The villas at this country club are all fresh and modern, well fitted and all with large balconies and/or decks. However the Butterfly House has arguably the prime location within the club with views both out to sea and over the private cove. What truly sets it apart though are the gardens - easily the largest and set on several levels, with three different seating areas besides the lawn itself, with mature flora and fauna, it truly is the butterfly house. It is a short walk to the private cove, which is excellent for both swimming and snorkelling as one half is sandy and the other rich with coral and marine life; there is also a well kept quite large swimming pool. Neither the pool nor cove felt busy even though it was high season. It is also a short secluded walk to Bloody Bay where water taxis can pick you up. The country club is peaceful, safe and secure, and the security staff friendly and helpful, but not really within walking distance of anywhere else; however if you don’t have your own transport it is only $Ja200 pp (just over £1 or just under $US2) for a local taxi to all the bars, restaurants and activities along Long Bay (7 mile beach), Negril and West End - just stand by the road and within 10 seconds one will have tooted at you ! There’s no cable TV and the maid only comes in a couple of times a week unless you ask/pay for more, but that wasn’t an issue for us, it is not what the Butterfly House is about :)
