Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The property is obviously undergoing renovations and a few things seem unfinished but overall did not effect our stay. Most of the updates were very nice and the hosts should update their photos to show it off! The furniture and decor is great! It is a duplex with attached patios, so expect to see the neighbors. There is a ground level bedroom and half bath which was great for some of our guests that have difficulty with stairs! Our biggest disappointment was the location of the property compared to the location on the VRBO map. The VRBO map displays the house as being between the main road and the beach. The house is actually a few blocks back, across the main road, and down a couple blocks from where we expected it to be. Our guests with physical challenges were unable to make the half mile walk to the beach so we likely would have booked elsewhere had we known before booking. This may be a VRBO error though that I did mention to the hosts. It is close walking distance to a local bar, restaurants, dairy queen, and some beach shops. Also a gas station on the same street.

Really loved the property. Only problem I had was there were no towels in master bedroom. Had to use ones out of main bathroom. The lockbox cover wouldn’t slide down all of the way to get to numbers and when I tried to force it down it peeled outside of box to where I couldn’t cover number pad back up. Worked well for my family to stay for my son’s wedding in Newport

The Perfect Vacation home

Other than a few cleaning issues, probably more on the cleaning company and not the owner, this place was perfect. Very peaceful, comfortable, and beautiful. Stocked with more than what you need for your home away from home. This place is perfectly located on the island as well. I highly recommend staying here
