This was our second stay in the same apartment- and the level of cleanliness was exceptional both times (4 years apart). We enjoyed enormously being able to return to the same area, feeling even more at ease and comfortable knowing the area- and Kolea is really a beautiful experience all around. We plan to return. The view never gets old- and the level of quiet that n the area despite all the guests was impressive made enjoying outdoor time on the lanai very pleasant.

The condo was a terrific base for our 5 nights on the island. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed to cook meals and recharge. We used the lovely lanai for breakfast daily. Having the beach equipment made adventures really easy. The condo was very clean and intuitive to navigate.

Beautiful and spacious, super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Close to the pool and the beach, beautiful view from the lanai. Close to shops and restaurants. Our host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Luxurious condo with great views and beach access. All amenities you could need. Had fantastic time. Would highly recommend and will come again. The pool club pics do not do it justice. It is phenomenal. Loved it.

Amazing stay!

We were pleasantly surprised to learn about the free daily morning coffee by the pool, close (walking) proximity to the beach, and partial view of the water! Served as a great home base for our Big Island vacation. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler as well! Highly recommend!

Great stay

Our family of 5 had a great stay. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The beach towels and cooler were very helpful. The pool was peaceful and relaxing and steps from the beach. Communication with the owner/manager was responsive and accommodating. Overall a relaxing day and enjoyable vacation.

Perfection on the Big Island

Perfect location for seeing all that the Big Island offers. Loved the villa and the amenities and convenience of the Waikoloa Village area. Beautiful view of A-Bay and wonderful quiet pools with an incredible view. Short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for kids too.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property and wonderful location walking distance t to the calm water sandy beach. We had some issues with bugs in the kitchen but the owner and property manager were very responsive.

Kolea Waikoloa 15E is perfect

We are a family of 5 and had an absolutely perfect stay at Kolea Waikoloa. The condo was spotless and so well equipped. The area is fantastic with easy access to great restaurants shops grocery stores excursions. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended.

Perfect retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is fully equipped and, thus, very comfortable. The condo was spacious, particularly when the lanai was open. The location was ideal for all our adventures on-site as well across the island. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo and location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice and comfortable with all that we needed for our time on the Big Island. It is in a beautiful and convenient location. The airport is nearby and shopping was easily accessible. We were there during the Ironman and a few roads were closed but not a huge factor with patience. We will definitely consider a return to this area and condo! Thank you, Sandy for hosting us and to Dani for her communication with us.

Gorgeous Place short walk to beach

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom condo. Totally modern and well furnished with a great view and quick walk to beach. Very nice quiet pool club by the beach as well. Part of a larger community with restaurants and shops. My favorite nearby destination was the Lava Lava Beach Club. I would recommend this for a family.

Totally relaxing, excellent property and location. A bit of a hike to the beach, but manageable. The arrival was a bit tough as it was difficult to find the correct building because the signage is small. Overall, excellent weather, property and a great time.

We have loved visiting the Big Island over the years. We fell in love with Kolea and love the beautifully maintained units and direct beach access. It is truly our home away from home.

This villa exhibits everything we love about Kolea. Kolea was built for relaxation, from the common grounds landscaped to perfection to the amazing Kolea Beach Club where you can swim in the infinity pool and/or lounge by the poolside and take in the views. The Hawaiian art and furniture in this unit create a sense of place; that you are on vacation in Hawaii!
