Art (My Co-host) and I have been long time friends with a passion for the outdoors. Once we discovered the Bullhead City / Laughlin area, it became an instant hit with our families. Spending quality time with the kiddies at the lake/river during the day, and in the evening a night out at the casinos with our spouses. What else could you ask for?

Living Room:
The living room is a great family space where you'll be able to hang out on the electrically reclined sofas, watch some Netflix or play some board games with the kids (Chess, Monopoly, Jenga and Scrabble). If you want to be transported back in time, take a shot at the Arcade where you'll find you classic favorites such as Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Asteroids, Street Fighter and many more.

Dining Area:
The bar height dining table will accommodate 4 people and could be used as a workspace with an abundance of natural light. 3 more people can sit and eat at the island counter.

Kitchen:
Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your family meals.
Rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker/Keurig, hot water kettle, pots and pans and cooking/eating utensils. Basic spices, sugar and sugar alternatives available. Dish soap, dishwasher pods and basic cleaning supplies are provided.

Bathrooms:
There are two full and one half bathroom in the residence. The master suite has its own bathroom and walk in closet.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new mattress and comfy bedding. Plenty drawers and closet space available for your belongings. The bathrooms will be supplied with towels, toilet paper, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Queen Bedroom:
The queen bedroom has a queen size bed with a brand new mattress and equally comfy bedding. You'll find ample room for your belongings in the dressers and closet.

Bunk Room:
The bottom bunk is full size and could comfortably accommodate two kids, however, it'll be a tight fit for two adults. The top bunk is a twin size and good for one person. All of the mattresses and bedding are brand new. Drawers under the bunk and closet available to store your belongings.

Furniture and Mattresses:
All of the furniture, mattresses, bedding and kitchen appliances in the home are brand new.

Laundry:
We have a washer and a dryer in the house and it's free for you to use. Laundry soap and fabric softener is provided.

Patio / Backyard:
The patio has a dining table and chairs for you to enjoy outdoor meals. BBQ grill and utensils are available. Future Pool and Jacuzzi are in the works.


Pets:
Pets are welcome and please let us know if you're bringing one along. The backyard is fenced in so your doggie can run freely. Just make sure you pick up their little poopies. Please be sure they do not go on the beds or couches as it'll create an unhygienic environment for our future guests, some of whom may be allergic to pet dander.

Garage:
The garage will easily accommodate three vehicles plus additional space. You can bring your small boats, jet skis or off road vehicles and keep them inside.

RV / Boat Parking:
If you have larger toys, you can park them behind an iron gate on the side of the house. RV power hook up available.
