Enjoy Springtime in Sea Ranch on the Sonoma Coast at our home with an ocean view

Welcome to Casa Pacifica! Our pictures tell the story of the comfort that awaits your visit as well as the view and access to the bluff trail. This is two-bedroom, two-bath comfortably furnished modern home. The large owner’s suite has a bathroom with a deep bathtub, separate shower, and double sinks . The second bedroom has been converted to a sitting room with a comfortable couch bed and TV along. There is an adjacent bathroom. Our completely outfitted and updated kitchen provides opportunities for at-home cooking. For those cold nights we have a wood burning stove. The high speed fiber optic WIFI allows for both work and streaming your favorite shows. Outdoors you will enjoy hot tub/spa, deck and comfortable outdoor furniture. For your convenience the washer & dryer are available and you will enjoy easy parking and privacy.

Located less than 1/4 mile from the famous Sea Ranch Bluff Trail where you can explore the entire trail along the bluff, coves, and beaches. Play tennis, pickle ball, or swim a few laps at a Sea Ranch recreation center, golf at the Sea Ranch Links, kayak on the Gualala River, hike in the redwoods, or have a massage. At the end of the day, take in the ocean and sunset on our expansive deck, and come evening, soak in our hot tub watching the brilliant sky on a clear night.

We have invested in a 'greener lifestyle' with energy-efficient appliances, a smart thermostat, LED light bulbs, and a fully solar-powered home. The solar panels and batteries protect our renters from disappointment and inconvenience during the storms, wind, and/or PGE's rolling blackouts during fire season. It is our hope that you will follow the Sea Ranch values of living lightly on the land and practice conservation.

This is a perfect home for a long weekend getaway, dedicated vacation, holidays, a flexcation, or for a sabbatical and month-long stay (we offer a discount) for a responsible couple. You will find our house in pristine condition upon checking in. This is our home, not a commercial facility and you will feel the difference. We devote considerable time to making sure all guests come to feel at home there and believe their money was well spent. In return we expect our guests to work with us to maintain our property. This is why we do not do automatic reservations and hope you will ping us with your interest and experience in renting at Sea Ranch or other people's personal home.

There is nothing like being in The Sea Ranch whether it is for the holidays, Spring, Summer, or Fall.

An amazing stay

We stayed here during christmas week. We've been to quite a few places in Sea Ranch and this one is the best we've been too. Quiet, peaceful, great views and everything in the house is well-explained and tidy. You can't go wrong. A 6-star experience!

Sea Ranch spring getaway

The house is lovely and very comfortable with expansive views of the ocean and the horizon. The meadows were full of spring wild flowers, deer, the occasional hare and many birds. We all enjoyed our break from the city!!

We had a terrific stay. The house is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Amazing ocean views and a short walk to the coastal trail. Monica was very responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

Paradise in Sea Ranch

A beautiful ocean view property equipped with morning and evening visits from the local deer family. The property was perfectly designed to capture nature at its finest. The house was very well equipped to meet anyone’s needs. Very lovely👏

Great Sea Ranch Property

We make several trips to The Sea Ranch annually and always rent a house and invite other family members along. Casa Pacifica is one of the best properties we've rented; a central location, fantastic layout and view, and very well maintained. We'll definitely be back on our next trip.

Majestic Retreat

Exceeded All Expectations

Was drawn to this home based on the photos. In-person this home exceeded all expectations. Beautiful and clean inside. Felt quiet and secluded even with neighbors. Well equipped with all the basics. And communication with property manager (PM) went above and beyond. Pre-arrival message tips and recommendations was a lovely touch. PM also responded promptly to minor home issue (out of their control) and provided regular updates throughout.Already planning our next trip. 10/10 would recommend for couples or solo travelers.

Amazing House and Location

We were thrilled to find this place that welcomed a dog too! The house is gorgeous and we appreciated all the extras- such as dog bowls and a bed, a bottle of wine, and coffee pods. Definitely check out the game cabinet! We loved Guesstures.

Perfect Getaway!

We spent the week between Christmas and New Years at this lovely house! It was fantastic in all regards. The house was clean, there were notes and directions around the house that made everything so easy! Communication with Monica was easy and seamless and it was so kind of her to take the time to share her favorite spots! The proximity to town and the walks to the cliffs were perfection. We can't wait to come back to Sea Ranch.

One of the best homes we've ever stayed at

We enjoyed the home the minute we stepped in. Beautiful light and views from all the windows, warm and comfy furniture, super clean and everything we needed and more for anyone who brings a dog. We are planning to go back. Monica was so kind and helpful. We especially loved all the birds that come to forge on the beautiful garden areas. Couldn't have had a better time except if it was longer!

Perfect in every way!

We needed time away to disconnect and unwind and this home was perfect. The gorgeous view that brings the outside in is spectacular! A Great Place to Stay in Sea Ranch

Rain or Shine this is the place to stay in Sea Ranch! The house is perfectly located so it’s a short drive to the lodge and Gualala. The house has a unique, spacious and comfortable design. It’s is extremely well furnished, equipped and organized. It’s hard to imagine anyone would want or need anything that wasn’t provided. Monica is a great host, easy to work and communicates when necessary and in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying at this property - you won’t be disappointed!

Peaceful and Perfect.

Beautiful home and accurate description. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen for cooking, clean and lovely bathrooms and the cozy grand room to enjoy the view, meals and wood burning fireplace. Outdoor patio is perfection with a view of the coastline. Great location to the trails, took less than 2 minutes by foot from the driveway. Easy access to everything by car along Hwy1. Dog friendly is a must for us, Lord Sandwich our Goldendoodle enjoyed watching for deer that often strolled by the gorgeous windows. Will be back ASAP!

Beautiful Sea Ranch Anniversary

We loved the beautiful views from this well taken care of home. The house was so warm and inviting! It was in immaculate condition. Nicely decorated and had beautiful artwork. Pride of ownership! In the late afternoon we watched as two little deers grazed on the grassy meadow below. The sunset was beautiful as well as the early morning sunrise! Such a treat! lovely Sea Ranch home

Place was really nice. The only real issue and it was a major one - the kitchen and master bathroom were infested with ants. Owner claimed it was previous renter or the recent rains but we felt uncomfortable with food prep because we were never sure if ants had gotten into it. And clothes dryer was impossibly slow. But owner was understandably sorry about the ant issue.

Access to the coast and Sea Ranch philosophy and vision resonated with us. We purchased Casa Pacifica 5 years ago and intend to retire there. We love the joy and peace we get when we go there as well as the long walks on the coastal trail. Until we retire, we love that we can share our home when we are not here and others can experience the same fun, peace and joy we find here. At the same time, we trust that those who rent from us will take care of our home and preserve while enjoying Sea Ranch. We continue to make improvements on the home and love the notes our guests leave in the guest book about their personal experiences, the wildlife they see, and more.

It is like living in a glass tree house with tremendous privacy. Take in the ocean view from the living room, dining room, primary room and deck along with the wildlife - deer, birds and the occasional bobcat or fox. The home is modern, very comfortable and offers numerous amenities from an Nespresso Machine to Netflix, new hot tub, quality beds and linens, a soaking tub and separate shower. Guests love cooking here -we have an open concept kitchen with a gas stove, fully stocked with excellent cookware and dish ware. This is a great place to unwind and enjoy each other's company and all that nature offers.

Our home provides tremendous privacy with a wonderfully large deck to relax, do yoga, dine al fresco, and enjoy a lovely blue water view of the ocean right. The house is very open with vaulted ceilings and feels spacious. The kitchen has a gas stove, a new electric oven, and is fully stocked with cookware and basic amenities/spices. If outdoor activity is what you want, you are set. Because we are right in the middle of Sea Ranch, you can walk the full length of the Sea Ranch Bluff Trail, 5 miles north to Gualala State Park or 5 miles south to the Sea Ranch Lodge for a snack and beverage to prepare for your walk back. If you want more of a challenge, you can walk on the hillside trails to the ridge through the redwoods. You can also walk, ride your bike, or even drive to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, and pool and sauna. Or just sit back and relax and let the peaceful energy of Sea Ranch envelop you!
