This fabulous upper suite features a gorgeous kitchen with stove in the enormous island, and a bright, cozy living room with Smart TV (Netflix, Prime video) and a gas fireplace.

The spacious deck has a hot tub, lounge and dining area - perfect for an evening drink before retiring to the comfortable bedrooms. Amazing property in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes drive from stores and amenities. The house has been finished to a very high standard, the kitchen is especially well-equipped and we made full use of the hot tub and raised deck. Sage was always responsive and helpful without ever being intrusive. We'd unreservedly recommend this property, and would love to stay here again.

Perfect for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids; plus a fully grown boxer, named Apollo!Huge kitchen island with open concept dining room and living room. Huge master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Large outdoor deck with hot tub that we spent a lot of time in, since we didn’t have the best weather for outdoor activities. BBQ on deck which was also great for cooking suppers for a family of 6. Good communication with our host as well

Great location. Comfortable and beautifully decorated both Inside and outside. Fabulous for entertaining friends and family. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was a bonus at the end of a busy day. Chickens were very friendly - often visiting on the deck.

Home Away from Home

Sage was very welcoming and loved our dog as her own. Her home is very clean and inviting. Perfect for a family of all ages. She had it stocked with everything one would need, including fresh veggies out of her garden.

overall quite comfortable

nice place to stay but it snowed and was cold weather and there were no baseboard heaters in the house so some rooms were a little cool. We had a good time and liked the hot tub.

Great stay in Nanaimo in Nixe and will eqipped house

The House in general is will equipped and the kitchen has everything you need and more. Some groceries, oil and other basics are there. Whirlpool and the big and comfy Master bedroom are the highlight. Check in was easy too.
