2 bed carriage home in private Backyard in quiet neighbourhood

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. We are located in a quiet neighborhood right off a bike/walking path.

This is a self-contained carriage house located in a private backyard. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. Each bedroom has its own half bath!

There is also 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Have a nice relaxing meal out on the patio. There is also A/C so you can keep cool on the hot summer days!

Walking distance to Long Lake or Brannen Lake, where you can go fishing, kayaking, and swimming.

There are restaurants, shops, all few minutes walk away.

Less than a 10 minute drive to Rec centers, swimming, hiking and to the ocean.

Or take a 20 min scenic drive to Parksville for a day at the beach. If you go a bit further north, you can go to Qualicum Beach or Coombs. If you like exploring a bit more, you can also take a ferry from downtown Nanaimo to Gabriola Island for the day. If you go a bit further south island, you can get to Chemainus or take a ferry to Salt Spring Island and visit their very popular Saturday Farmers Market from April until October.

Anny’s place was perfect for our multigenerational family. The level entry was great for my 90 year old mom.The house was very clean, well stocked and Anny and her family were very friendly. We enjoyed that there were ensuites with each bedroom as well as a main bath. The ample off street parking was helpful as we had 2 vehicles. It is also conveniently located near shopping which was helpful for getting what we needed for our son’s room at college. Will definitely stay again if my Mom continues to be able to travel.

Close to several stores, restaurants etc.Very good over all. Would definitely stay there again if available.

Cute Carriage House

We had a great 3-night stay at this carriage house in Nanaimo. We were attending a family reunion close by, and this was the perfect place for my family and I to return to each night. Anny and her family were lovely and gracious hosts. Her young boys even offered us a glass of lemonade from their lemonade stand when we arrived!😊
