This three bedroom luxury condo is the perfect mountain retreat. Located in the heart of Old Town, Park City, you'll have convenient access to all this town has to offer. Recently fully renovated with up to date appliances and exquisite interior details.

LOCATION
The property is ideally located in the Town Pointe condominium development on Park Avenue, the most desirable address in Old Town Park City. It’s just an easy one block, level sidewalk stroll to the Town Lift and two blocks to Main Street. Park City Mountain ski access, world-class dining, shopping and entertainment right at your doorstep. Plus, the city-wide complimentary bus shuttle stops right at the entrance for easy transfer to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and virtually anywhere in town.

THE SPACE
From the moment you enter this sophisticated and intimate space, it sets the tone for an overall exceptional Park City experience. The attention to interior detail creates a mountain modern feel that is both charming and elegant. The kitchen and dining space flow seamlessly into the living room. This open floor plan is fitting for small group entertainment and relaxation. The living space offers ample seating, a gas fireplace, advanced audio/visual systems and cozy vibes all around. From the living room, step right outside onto the covered deck for a soothing soak in the private hot tub.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The property includes three beautifully appointed bedrooms offering exquisite décor, custom bedding, premium linens and ample storage. The master suite is spacious and indulgent. Both guest bedrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate couples, singles or children. The master suite and double queen guest bedroom have full en suite baths. The guest bunk bedroom has a detached bath also accessible from the foyer that leads to the main living area.

Beautiful Property!

Location is a short walk to main st and the town lift so no need to worry about a finding where to park. Plenty of modern comforts to help one relax after a long day of skiing.

Exceeded expectations!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo! Everything was top-notch from the towels to the kitchen accessories. It is a quick walk to restaurants and shops in Park City, and very convenient to the slopes, by bus or town lift. We hope to stay there, again, for our next Park City visit!

Nice condo, in-town location

Spacious, clean, modern, well appointed, convenient. Management company addressed two issues quickly (noise, grill). Unit did not have a working fireplace due to a problem in the entire complex, so that was a bummer for a ski vacation. But otherwise, very good experience.

Luxury Meets Location in PC

Stunning would be an understatement for this recently renovated Town Pointe Condo that is just a few steps away from the Historic Town Lift. The open concept living coupled with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave our family the perfect amount of space to relax and congregate as if we were at home. From the moment you walk in you realize that the owners have paid attention to every detail in this renovation. From the high end appliances, furniture, décor and even providing Molton Brown bath and body toiletries. Location, Location, Location....you can't beat it. A short walk to everything on Main Street for terrific shopping and dining, but just far enough away to have a quiet atmosphere when its time to turn in for the night or when having a good soak in the hot tub. Covered parking is a plus! Our host was fantastic to work with as the communication and execution was seamless for us. Truly made this vacation to PC memorable and stress free! We will be back to Buffalo West!

Great location, just no AC

We enjoyed the stay at this newly remodeled unit at the head of Main St. Great location to all of our favorite spots, parks, Main Street, and town lift. However, just one minor thing, the unit does not have AC as advertised. 95% of the time, you won’t need it, but coming from Texas in a hot summer, we were hoping to have it. The unit stayed around 78*, even with fans across strategically open windows and doors. Other than that, it was a great location and unit.

Great location

The rental was the perfect size, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location to Main street was fantastic and the hill wasn't that bed, previous reviews made me a little nervous.

Our family purchased our first Park City home in 1997. We quickly fell in love with this charming little ski town that boasts of two of the most renowned ski resorts in the world - Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Having spent over 25 years in the travel industry, it was a natural transition for me to assume the responsibility of managing and marketing our home. Over the past several years I have expanded Olcha Property Management to represent a selective collection of exceptional homes in the Park City and Deer Valley area, this lovely property included.
