Beautifully remodeled, suite 224 has been extensively upgraded throughout and features plenty of comforts for your next Maui vacation.

Fall into a restful sojourn in the sumptuous king size bed in the primary bedroom. Open the pocket doors to reveal the queen size bed nestled within the converted den. A comfy queen sofa sleeper in the living room brings the total sleeping capacity to 6.

Each bathroom has been luxuriously remodeled with high-end finishes for a lavish bath experience.

The modern kitchen features stone counters, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, and is fully appointed for you to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment.

The Ka’anapali Ali’i is West Maui’s premier destination for your next vacation. The resort offers a top-shelf experience across the board, from its perfect location amidst the famed Ka’anapali Beach and Whalers Village to the impeccably maintained grounds.

Enjoy an updated poolside common area with a two-tiered freshwater pool, a splash pad, a quiet upper pool, two hot tubs, and a large grilling area. Great, clean, close to beach and wonderful staff!

We stayed with our family here at the property and it was amazing. Grateful for the staff they were awesome and we would book it again.

Vacation

Clean, beautiful property. Well situated to beach access. Pool area is well equipped. Close to Whalers Village for restaurants and shops @ 200 steps down beach path. Next door to Westin for Starbucks or restaurants. Condo was real nice and well equipped. While it overlooked beach path and parking garage it was fine. We were out most of the time and there was no noise. I would highly recommend.

Our stay at the Kaanapali Alii in Maui.

We have been staying at the Kaanapali Alii for 28 years. We've always had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the accommodations. Unfortunately, this year was a real disappointment. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the shower upon arrival. For a week's stay, we weren't left many towels. The glass shelf in the shower fell off. The kitchen cabinets and doors were not secure. The toilet paper was cheap and not useable. The hot tub at the adult pool wasn't working, and the beach walkway is no longer in use because of a high tide two months ago.

Aloha Genevieve and mahalo for your comments. We’re sorry to hear that this year’s stay at the Kaanapali Alii was a disappointment. We aim to provide a pristine unit for our guests and we’re sorry that we failed with your stay. We have addressed this concern with our housekeeping manager. Our standard for a 2-bedroom is to provide 8 sets of bath towels, and we apologize if you were short towels for your stay. This home also has a washer & dryer, and we provide and replenish laundry soap for guests to launder their towels. We secured the shower shelf and adjusted the kitchen cabinets and apologize that these items were loose. The beach did experience some high tides, which resulted in a couple of areas of the beach walk being cordoned off for safety. We also confirmed with the Alii that the hot tub is in good working order. In the future, please contact our guest experience team as we are more than happy to address issues such as these while you are inhouse. Thank you again for your feedback. Nice enough but not what we were expecting

While the room itself was spacious and relatively updated, we were unexpectedly disappointed in a few ways. We did not have "lush garden views" but rather looked out literally onto the parking lot. We normally prefer a beach/ocean view and made a concession for this location, so it was even more jarring to be staring at other hotels and a parking structure once you looked past a few trees. The unit was mostly clean, but the linens, blankets, curtains, couches, and chairs all had visible stains. Perhaps they had been recently cleaned but the stains were off-putting. The kitchens and bathrooms were all clean and updated. There was a noticeable cleaner smell though in the master bathroom, which bordered on mustiness, but this can be common for beach properties from my experience! The resort itself was also surprising because there was literally no food or drinks available on site. We had full access to the pool and beach which is where we spent the majority of our time, but it would have been great to have someone make a drink for us or some snacks in the afternoon without needing to go back up to the room. We thankfully stopped at the grocery store (5-10 mins away) so we had enough options in our room. Our overall feeling after our stay is that for the money we were hoping we would have a better experience. Perhaps we should have spent a little more and reserved a unit on the water or a unit more carefully cleaned, but if you don't have any of our "quirks" then I am sure it could be a lovely stay.

With this home being on the second level, the parking structure and adjacent properties can be seen through the garden area and trees surrounding the building. We’re also sorry if the home was not perfectly clean. We pride ourselves on a high standard of cleanliness and deep clean the carpets and furniture on a regular basis. We will be sure to give this home some extra attention on the next turnaround. This oceanfront condominium complex does not have a restaurant or bar and is not licensed to serve food & beverages. We understand your disappointment in this regard and we’re glad you stocked up with food & drink in your unit. Thank you again for your comments. Great condo in nice location.

This is a very nice condo that our family enjoyed a lot. The pool wasn't as nice as neighboring properties, but it also was less busy, meaning we didn't have to worry about finding chairs. Being right on the beach was a big plus for us.

Great family vacation on Kaanapali beach

The unit and location were perfect. It worked out great for my family of 5. The unit was very clean and well kept. The furniture and appliances were all in great shape. The only downside is that you don’t have a view of the ocean but we still enjoyed time out on the lanai. The rental company was extremely responsive. We needed a new skillet and beach chair and they had them delivered in a few hours. I’d highly recommend this rental!
