Relax and unwind in this beautifully renovated Mediterranean-style villa just 6 miles from Disney, perfectly located at the crossroads of Highway 192 and 27 in lovely Clermont. You’ll enjoy the excitement of Orlando while staying on the peaceful edge of small-town Florida charm.

The home has been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom in a comfortable, upbeat modern style and is continually refreshed to keep it feeling bright, clean, and welcoming.

Bedrooms

All four spacious bedrooms are located upstairs:

• Two King suites
• One Queen suite
• One Twin room

There is one private ensuite bathroom and a second full bathroom on the upper level.

Living Space

The first floor offers a comfortable space to relax and reconnect after a full day at the parks.

The open kitchen features:

• Stainless steel appliances
• Granite countertops
• New cookware and dinnerware
• A coffee and beverage bar with second drinks fridge — perfect for poolside afternoons.

The main floor also includes a full laundry room and convenient half bath with pool access.

Private Pool & Spa

The highlight of the home is the south-facing pool and spa, located in a private backyard with no rear neighbors.

Enjoy sunshine throughout the day, even during cooler winter months, whether you’re relaxing in the spa or lounging poolside in complete privacy.

The villa is located in High Grove, a safe and charming gated community of 164 Mediterranean-style homes surrounding a beautifully landscaped clubhouse with resort-style amenities.

A fun local bonus is the Best of British Pub, located just outside the community gates and only a three-minute walk from the house — something quite rare in the Orlando area. The pub serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hosts popular events like trivia nights, bingo, Sunday roasts, and afternoon tea making it a favorite spot for guests.

We rented this property as a mother daughter get away from the cold in WI. It was a 5 plus. The communication with the owner was amazing and we felt right at home at the very start of the trip. The property had everything you needed, was very clean, and smelled wonderful. We paid to have the pool heated and it was definitely worth it! Do not hesitate to book this property! We hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The owner was a great communicator throughout and had clearly put a lot of thought into making the house feel welcoming and practical.There were lots of thoughtful touches, including pool towels by the patio doors, plenty of extra clean towels in the cupboard and spare bedding available. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay.The keypad entry made access really easy, especially after travelling, and the villa had all the necessities you would want from a real home away from home.We also had a stroller delivered to the house before we arrived, and the owner kindly provided the estate gate details in advance so everything was ready for the start of our holiday. Small touches like this made a big difference and helped make the whole stay stress-free.

This was hands-down the best property we’ve ever stayed at. The home was beautiful and had more room than we even needed. It was the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in, and the hosts provided so many extra thoughtful amenities. We had everything we needed for basic toiletries in washing needs, and they even provided extras for the pool. The home is in a very beautiful neighborhood that we walked in daily and felt completely safe. Jenn was always immediately responsive and quick to notify of any updates. I really appreciated that she sent well-detailed information ahead of time to prepare for the trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we loved the decor, and the pool was wonderful. We were right at the interstate and tons of options for food, grocery shopping, and entertainment. We found a park less than 1 mile down the road that my boys absolutely loved with a lake, walking trail, and sports fields. Jenn even provided information on attractions in the area such as Rock Springs State Park, where we could snorkel and hike and was the most beautiful park we’ve ever been to.We were extremely sad to leave and I certainly hope if we come down again this property is available. What a blessing It was to stay here, what wonderful hosts, and best value for the money we’ve had!!!

Lovely vacation stay in beautiful property

The property was immaculately presented and clean. The kitchen appliances seemed brand new. The pool was great and the communication with the owner was great. Would highly recommend. There was more than enough space for our little family of three but could easily accommodate larger groups. Can highly recommend and hope to return in the next couple of years for another stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this Claremont property in Orlando! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the Disney parks, which made our days super convenient. High Grove is a lovely, quiet and safe gated community of 164 attractive Mediterranean-style homes with tile roofs, nestled around a beautifully landscaped clubhouse. A rare bonus in the Orlando area is the ability to walk just 3 minutes to the popular Best of British Pub for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks.

From the villa, it’s a quick drive along Route 192 to Disney’s parks and the many world-class attractions, shops, and restaurants that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. Or head north on Route 27 toward the charming town of Clermont, where you’ll find rolling hills, lakes, golf courses, orange groves, wineries, and the quieter shops and restaurants locals love.

Atlantic beaches are less than an hour away, and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are under two hours. With so much nearby, you can easily discover something new every day for years.
