Great rental for fishing under the lights and birding in the 1,100A Anderson Marsh. Close to The Waterman restaurant, one of my favorites on the island.

Enjoyed our stay. Caught plenty of fish off the dock. Didn’t spend a lot of time inside during our trip, but the times we were inside, was nice and relaxing.

The house is nice and clean Nice view of the bay from a covered deck!The fishing is excellent The fish cleaning station does not work The laundry room below was absolutely disgusting though. So don’t expect to use that area.

Good fishing house

Good simple house for fishing trips. Only negative is that the weather wasn’t better and the sink on the pier didn’t work. I would book this house again.

We are a family of 4. We booked this vacation house because of the private fishing pier as both of my boys like fishing. We enjoyed very much of our staying and we caught a lot fishes. The highlights are a 35” black drum and a 38” red fish. The host is also very responsive. My wife had some issues with the dishwasher.

The reviews from others did not equal the experience that I had. The showers was not clean properly. Had mildew growing in the sides and crevices. Furniture appears to have come off the side of the road. Not kept up but living room picture was deceiving. Yard needed to be mowed. No blinds on some windows. One TV in the entire house. Some deck boards need to be replaced and outside fishing sink faucet not working. Didn’t mean to put the other review excellent. Would not stay there again.

Relaxing time, great fishing!!!

The house was perfect for our stay! Was it high class decor and over the top renovation, no. Did it have everything needed to accomodate our stay? Absolutely, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were no bugs, the showers were hot and most importantly the AC blew cold all trip long!!! We will be back to fish, hands down, there is plenty of room on the dock, the upper deck is great for hanging out, plenty of room to park and store your things, yard space for kids to roam and play.
