The view / location is amazing ! However , the house needs some major improvements . The floors are about to fall in in several places . The bathrooms & bedrooms need A LOT of remodel help / TLC . Baseboards / trim / windows / tub shower / light fixtures / lamps / beds…. But mostly floors . Read the other reviews .

This was our 3rd stay at this beautiful property and like always it was a delight. It’s truly feels like a home away from home and it’s hard to beat cooking with a view of the ocean in a kitchen well stocked for all cooking needs! I can’t recommend this place enough. Look forward to staying again in the future!

Location, location, location!

The location as absolutely perfect! The house is away from the business of Galveston. The inside of the house is cute and the perfect size for two people (although there is certainly room for more). The outside of the house needs some work, but nothing enough to interfere with our stay. The furniture in the living room is different than the picture, but it’s an upgrade. It was a Wonderful way to spend our 35th anniversary.

Amazing location, plenty of space!

Our family of four stayed here for three nights and had a great time! The second bedroom was perfect for our kids to share and we enjoyed the separate bathrooms as well. The location cannot be beat, such a short walk and you're on the beach. Can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay

This is a cute little house. The location can't be beat, and the view is gorgeous! The house itself does need a few repairs, but overall is a nice place, and was clean and tidy when we arrived. We would stay here again.

Better than expected!

Absolutely charming place! Far enough out of the “big” city but close enough to have everything at your fingertips. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Will make this our “go to” place!
