The whole family will Bee Happy at this charming, beachside retreat. Updated in 2019, this single-level home boasts an updated kitchen, baths, and AC in addition to its open living and dining areas, spacious deck, and short walk to the beach. The large finished patio is perfect for yard games. Ideal for families or couples, Bee Happy checks all the boxes - budget friendly, dog friendly, and fun friendly!

Inside, the wall of windows light up the bright and airy floor plan. The natural light is a beautiful accompaniment to family meals at the dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen features abundant storage for your beach snacks, plus the counter space and appliances you need to make cooking a breeze. The living area has two comfortable couches and plenty of space for movie or game nights.

Everything is on one convenient level, including the bedrooms. The primary king suite boasts deck access and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The queen bedroom and bunk bedroom are just down the hall.

Enjoy a short stroll through the neighborhood to sun, sand, and surf. The heart of Downtown Galveston is less than 15 miles away, so there are plenty of activities for the whole family to choose from!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

Love the location.

As the house is just a very short walk to the beach this was a great house. Communication with the property management team was excellent. The house had loads of games/books for our granddaughter. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of needing more silverware. As we are accustomed to a certain standard with VRBO homes, and as first impressions set the tone, the door mats are in serious need of replacement and the front door surround looks dirty. The a/c in the primary bedroom needs attention. Seems like this property was given a recent quick facelift but could use a good serious cleaning and touch up. But again, love the location!
