Summary:
Located on famous Seven Mile Beach, this 2 Bedroom apartment offers you everything you'll need for a comfortable and convenient stay. A few steps from your doorstep, you'll find the swimming pool and easy access to the beach, perfect for enjoying a dip in the Caribbean Sea. There is plenty to do if you are looking for adventure, or simply choose to relax on the powdery white sand and enjoy an afternoon siesta. The apartment is easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars, dive shops, coffee shops, and other amenities.
The Space:
This charming second-floor unit is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The master bedroom features a comfy King size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee along with the natural sunlight and a fresh cross breeze.
The loft bedroom over looks the living room and includes 2 single beds and dresser, great for kids.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with stools, encouraging conversation while meals are being prepared, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
Enjoy family meals or cocktails outdoors on the covered balcony off the living room, complete with an outdoor dining table.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower (no bathtub).
Smart TVs are available for your entertainment, allowing you to access your favorite streaming services.
Guest Access:
The complex offers a large swimming pool (plus loungers on the sundeck), a communal BBQ, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities. There is free parking available in a large parking lot next door. Located within walking distance to several shops, restaurants and bars, you can enjoy all the fun daytime action and nightlife.

Camana Bay also boasts a diverse selection of restaurants with inviting outdoor patios.
Along West Bay Road, the main thoroughfare of Seven Mile Beach, you'll discover an array of dining options to suit every palate, from quick bites to exquisite fine dining, all within easy reach. Essential amenities like supermarkets, liquor stores, diving supply shops, and clothing stores are also conveniently located nearby.
Getting Around:
Local Buses will stop for you while standing at the side of the road. Most trips are $2 anywhere along West Bay Road. Taxis are also available for specific destinations, but a bit pricey. Renting a car is one of the most convenient and comfortable means of transport for exploring the island, with many rental companies available at the airport. Grand Cayman is easy to get around and no two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, but remember, driving is on the left! If you've booked any tours you may not need a car as most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.
Other Things to Note:
**NOTICE: The swimming pool and deck will be closed for maintenance from Monday, August 4th until potentially Saturday, September 20, 2025.
Beach access will remain available for swimming.**
Please note that although there has been some beach erosion in the area with the passing of last season's hurricanes, there is still beach in front of the property for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
Note, the final quote includes the Cayman Islands Government 13% Tourism Tax.
