The Space:

Welcome to this stylish 35 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue Duvivier in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom: 1 Double bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, Philips coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 7th arrondissement's most characterful market street, Rue Cler, is just around the corner from Rue Duvivier, and this neighbourhood has a genuinely village-like quality that sets it apart from the rest of central Paris. Fromageries, butchers, wine shops, florists and café terraces fill the surrounding streets, and the morning market on Rue Cler itself is one of the most enjoyable in the city. The area has a relaxed, residential feel that appeals equally to families, couples and solo travellers looking for something more authentic than the usual tourist circuit.



The Eiffel Tower and the Champ-de-Mars gardens are a ten-minute walk, and Les Invalides, with its golden dome and world-class military museum, is equally close. The Musée du Quai Branly is just along the river, and the Trocadéro and the Palais de Chaillot are reachable on foot with excellent views back across the Seine. With the Métro at École Militaire just a short stroll away, the rest of Paris is very easy to reach.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
