85th Birthday celebration

Enjoyed staying at the house, plenty of space for 5 ladies (4 adult daughters celebrating the 85th bday of our mother). The pool was wonderful during the evening, so many umbrellas for shade. Love the open layout, we did puzzles during the heat of the day and enjoyed the Thursday night market, the Short Film Festival, The AR experience, dinner at Mario's one night but liked the big kitchen and bbq for making meals at home. Two bathrooms made it easier for getting ready daily. Nice location, close to downtown.

Excellent For Small Groups

We had a laid back bachelorette weekend here and it was excellent. The full kitchen was useful, there were lots of places to lounge, the bathrooms were fully stocked, and location was perfect. When we encountered a few issues the people helping us were responsive and helpful. 100% recommend.

Fabulous House

This was the most pristine rental I have been in. Photographs are exactly what you get - kitchen well-stocked, huge private yard and pool. Lots of towels & abundant bed pillows. The location was close to everything in town - barely a 5 minute drive to the main streets of shops and restaurants. Props for very cool decor. Only minor comment is that it costs extra to heat the pool - which we know is not unusual, but would be so nice to have that feature included in the rate. Thank you!!

Perfect property for our group of co-workers attending a conference! The short 15-20 minute walk to the convention center coupled with the peace and quiet upon returning home after a busy day makes for a perfectly balanced trip. We booked this same spot last year so were well aware of the many amenities and personal touches the owner has included. Top notch communication before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property and excellent service from both the Property Manager and the owner!!!

My sister, niece and I had a wonderful girls 4-day trip in Palm Springs, and this place was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the house and enjoying the pool and hot tub! Beds were cozy, kitchen had everything we needed, and nice living room to watch movies!

A Great Long Weekend!

My family of 4 just returned home after a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful home! My child had a blast in the pool and never wanted to get out! The home is very comfortable and just as pictured. Very close to nearby restaurants and less than an hour to Joshua Tree National Park.

Palm Springs Paradise

Great Getaway

It was a last minute decision to take our boys on vacation before going back to school. (And really mean last minute, booked the night before) and home was very clean and prepared with little notice. We were greeted by rick. Extremely friendly. We had issue with fan (mind you it was 110 degrees) but they responded quickly and got us sorted out! LOCATION WAS PERFECT! Near downtown, air museum, not far from Joshua tree, near good food and grocery stores! Home has everything we needed. So very easy to set up and enjoy the home and POOL!

R&R the Palm Springs way!

We had a super-relaxing stay in this beautiful renovated mid-century Palm Springs home. Excellent location, super close to downtown and convenient to other shopping areas. Super-responsive host and local management company. We were grateful we could bring the dog along, as well, with a neighborhood park just steps away. The home is roomy, nicely decorated, well-equipped, and comfortably furnished. Appreciated the high-end appliances in the kitchen and all the other amenities. We spent most of our time in the yard, enjoying the pool, the grill, and the views. We hope to return!

Girls getaway

The location was perfect. The home was very welcoming, although most of our time was spent outside as the pool and yard were the highlights! It like our own little oasis! The owner and management team were quick to answer any questions, and were excellent hosts The only criticism was that the double beds were not very comfortable We would happily return to this property for another stay.

Spring Break in Palm Springs

Great vacation property. We enjoyed the backyard everyday with the pool, firepit and bocce ball. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Close to neighborhood park and many attractions-tram and hiking trails. Perfect size property for 6 people. We really enjoyed our time.

Slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was perfect for our family of 5. We spent lots of time in the beautiful backyard swimming, relaxing, and playing bocce ball. The house is also located close to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

We chose this neighborhood because it is very convenient to all that Palm Springs has to offer, but at the same time feels very private. You can be in center of it one minute and relaxing by the pool the next.

We really wanted the outdoor area to be the main attraction. A good size pool with mountain views was a must. One of our favorite things about the house is enjoying a nice glass of wine, sitting in the spa while taking in the magnificent mountain views. We hope you will do the same!
