The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire areas and the pool too. The location of the house was convenient to a large grocery store nearby and close to downtown for a short uber ride. We ate very well at several wonderful restaurants downtown.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Our family of 8 had plenty of space to relax and fully enjoy the home and all the amenities that it had to offer. It was well equipped and had every appliance you could think of. It was an amazing stay and the communication with host was seamless. We look forward to coming back!

This property was perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean. The reason for the 4 stars is the spa jets were not working (heated fine) and the lounge chairs need replacing. One broke immediately and the others were going to if you weren't careful. Other than those small details, a great property.

I used to not give reviews, but after a bad experience, I would like to give credit where credit is due. This place is beautiful. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and money into everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you might possibly need. The rooms are large, the beds/sheets are comfortable, and there's a t v in every room. The neighborhood is quiet and the streets are perfect for a walk after dinner. The only con was the tv in the living room - seems someone blew the speakers out. We didnt spend much time watching it tho - most of the time we were in the pool. Very easy instructions for spa as well.

Clean Tranquil Well Equipped Convenient Location

We were lucky enough to have stayed in Michael's house over spring break. The house is modern yet comfortable. It is spacious and bright. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and laid out. Sadly, the ice maker was not working while we were there but is likely repaired now. Not a big deal. The outside area is fantastic! The pool is a great size as is the hot tub. We ate every meal outside by the pool at the great outdoor dining table. The Deepwell location is extremely convenient and also a great location for the early morning runs. I hope we will stay in Michael's house again. It is a dream.

Overall the house had a pleasant feel. The two Master Bedroom suites did not get warm enough during the night. One of the Master bathroom's sinks did not turn off and it was a constant drip at night. I tried to turn the water supply off under the vanity but it was behind the wall. It was also disappointing not having a bathtub in any of the four bathrooms. Aside from these items, the open floor plan works well and the kitchen is great.

Spacious house and outdoor space

In general, we liked the house and the location (have stayed in same neighborhood before). Comfortable beds with high quality linens and bath towels. Very clean. Excellent washer/dryer. Plenty of room to enjoy outdoor area and lots towels for pool, etc. kitchen is well-equipped and plenty of plates/glasses for indoor and outdoor use. Only concerns: dishwasher is sub-par and despite rinsing, items often had to be rewashed, refrigerator capacity is small for a house that large. There were a few places where it looked like some repainting was in order. When I contacted property manager to say that pool was not warm enough, I did not receive a call in response, although I suspect they did adjust the temperature. Chemicals used in pool caused all of us to develop dry skin through the week, something we don't experience with salt water pools. Overall a very good experience, but not 5 stars.

Christmas Family Fun

This house was a great place for our family of 7 to enjoy Christmas. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to many amenities. The house was as advertised, clean, spacious and very well stocked. The property manager was easy to contact and replied promptly. There was ample room for us to hang out in and around the pool, as well as in several areas in the house. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, with spices and every appliance, pot and serving bowl we needed. The laundry machines were easy to use. We had them heat the pool and spa, so worth it! We spent lots of time in the spa and the pool relaxing. I thought the noise restrictions would be a bother, but it was nice and relaxing to sit out and listen to the birds. This was a differnt experince of Palm Spring. We have stayed in Rancho Mirage a couple times and I preffered Deepwell Estates. Downtown Palm Springs was a 5min drive 10min bike ride, or a 20min walk. We rented bikes and went for a ride, exploring, everyday. Grocery stores amd other shopping are close by. We did have a rental car, but only had to use it for further excursions. I highly recommend this property!

Stunning MCM House

The house is just beautiful. We loved the layout, the furniture, the art work, the well-stocked chef's kitchen and the outdoor space that included a pool/spa, a fire pit, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen. We had a group of three couples so the three bedrooms each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms worked well. One issue was that the spa/pool heater did not work properly. They were very responsive and sent a tech each day but were ultimately not able to fix it. It was disappointing but they did issue a refund for the heating costs.

perfect desert retreat

our party of 8 adults had a lovely time at Deepwell Dream, having escaped the rainy and chilly midwest for a long weekend. the house was exactly what we were looking for -- well designed and maintained, clean, and had everything in the kitchen and pool area we could have needed. loved how everything was organized perfectly in the kitchen. it was very quiet at night and located a quick uber ride away from downtown. we would stay here again in a heartbeat. the only small things that we might recommend thinking about would be some sort of fan (ceiling or otherwise) by the outdoor table/spaces for the warm evenings without a breeze. also, the room with the twin beds didn't seem to get as cool as the rest of the house. this room would be perfect for kids or teens, but for adults it does feel a *bit* of a let down compared to the other beautiful rooms...although, would be good for those who don't like to share a bed. ;) and as mentioned, we had 8 total guests so if you have a smaller group you may not even need to use this room. regardless, we really enjoyed the house and had a great experience. would highly recommend.

Easy Living

Arrived with our two grown children and their families for a week of being together and away from cold weather. Although we arrived midday we went to the property which is minutes away from PSP airport, and met the owner Michael who graciuosly let us in early so we could settle a couple of young ones after the long flight. Palm Springs was hit by a severe windstorm the day previous and cleaning staff were still at work dealing with the aftermath. In spite of this Michael showed us around and engaged in warm conversation. Pool and grounds were in a bit of a mess due the storm but early next morning pool service and gardeners put things back together. This was no issue given the circumstance. House is very spacious and tastefully furnished and in keeping with the listing information. Pool was heated as requested, barbeque fully fuelled and with a backup propane tank. Kitchen is fully equipped with high end range . fridge, and small appliances. Two very large king suites and 1 queen suite all with ensuites. Smaller 4th bedroom with adjacent bath served the kids well. Enjoyed dinner outside each night and sitting around the comfortable pool area. Fire pit in front was used also. Safe neighbourhood, beautiful area close to grocery and daily shopping needs. Two car garage and 3 car parking off the streeet. Would stay here again without hesitation. P.S. There was a second severe storm two days after our arrival , again with downed trees and vegetation all over Palm Springs. Oasis rentals did a good job responding to the pool cleanup considering the overwhelming demand for service.
