This desirable top-floor, ocean view suite is located within the oceanfront Kauai Kailani Resort. Newly remodeled, this suite is a fresh find on Kauai’s Coconut Coast in Kapaa.

Fitted with new, top-quality furniture, kitchenware and linens, this three-bedroom top floor unit features 2 King bedrooms (one with and on-suite full bath with a tub) and a third being an extra "den style" Queen bedroom ) There is also one full bath with a tub and a washer and dryer, and an additional half bathroom. Kauai Kailani 310 also features a private lanai, ocean views, pool access and proximity to restaurants, shops and the Kauai Bike Path.

Positioned as close to the beach as you can get, Kauai Kailani is also conveniently halfway between the North Shore and South Shore. Hence, you can enjoy adventures from Hanalei Bay to Waimea Canyon from your centrally located Hawaiian hale!

The condo was perfectly set up for our group of 5. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-supplied with linens, and the few from the deck cannot be beat. We spent most sunrises on the deck, looking out over the pool and the beach to the ocean.

20th Anniversary Trip

We came with our kids to celebrate 20 years of marriage. The condo was absolutely perfect! Very clean, excellent location, great amenities inside and on the property!

Nice location and condo, but...

Parking was terrible. No assigned space. So we had to park under trees. We had to get really close to them to be out of the driveway. Also the trees dropped and shed on the car souch you had to bring hot water down wash the windshield to even back out of the spot. Then you could really clean them. This is each and every window. Or not see out of them.Lack of dish towels. Two is definitely not enough.No dinning table. So you had to sit on the couch to eat.No real place for 5 adults to sit and relax and enjoy their coffee. Had a broken blender. It was replaced in a matter of hours. Dryer took forever to dry clothes. Instruction on washer and dryer would really help. Beautiful view. Beds were ok.

great location

It is right across the street from a Safeway and while on a major road, set inland so no street noise came through. Apt was clean, beds were comfortable. Convenient to island attractions.

Wonderful Time on Kauai

My Husband Friends and I had a wonderful time on Kauai. I had been to this island once before and had a totally different experience. We stayed a little further North so we found this location in Kapaa to be perfect. Walked across the street many times to the grocery store, ABC store and local places to eat. We went mountain tubing and had a blast. Highly recommended. The accommodations were very clean, Spacious and provided everything we needed.

A Very comfortable vacation!

The condo was a great choice for us! Clean, well equipped, and pleasant deco! We especially enjoyed the sunrise views from the balcony! One addition that would have been appreciated would be a hand mixer in the kitchen and a large mixing bowl. Otherwise it very nice. There was a confusion regarding parking when we arrived, but that was quickly resolved! Parking is an issue. It is limited, and we often had to really hunt for a place to park our two cars. That was the only down check! Thank you so much!

Summer family trip

The outside has a bit of a plane look to it. But the inside is beautiful and spacious. Everything about the unit was awesome! Just steps from the water and a perfect mid point on the island. We will definitely book 310 again on our next vacation.

Great Location

The location was perfect for splitting time on the island. The property was great and as advertised, and having 3 toilets for the 6 people staying was a plus. My only gripe was that I did not receive check-in details the day we were supposed to enter (such as a door code to access the property) until past 8pm that evening. And that was only after trying to call and email the management multiple times. Kind of felt short-changed by the window of stay that was paid for. It was stressful, but eventually was contacted with the check-in details. Everything else was great.

The group

The hotel and location was great. The only thing we had to buy for the kitchen was some potholders. The only issue we had was with the key code the zero stuck and wouldn’t let us in the room constantly so that was an issue. Just don’t use zero on the key code to get in and everything‘s great.

Great condo in Kapa’a

This Condo suited our needs perfectly for our family of 6. Plenty of space for everyone and super close to shopping and restaurants which was awesome. Communication with both the owners of the Condo as well as the Property Management were always quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. Mahalo 🌺

Comfortable and convenient

This was our first time back to Kauai with our baby daughter and we were SO glad to find there was a pack & play crib! Our whole family group (five adults + baby) were comfortable staying here and we loved being able to walk to everything we needed in Kapa`a. Gorgeous view from the lanai, too. Love seeing that Kapa`a sunrise. Thanks for a great stay.

Needs repair

The shower was running through the floor to the apartment underneath. TV had sparks coming through the wall. Very loud location from the neighborhood repair shop. The neighbors were very nice even though their room was being flooded.

Nice place and good location

This condo was very nice and well maintained. It had a nice deck with a great view. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed our time and would stay here again. The only thing that I would possibly suggest is a better parking system with a spot designated for each condo to minimize confusion and availability.

Property not as Described

Great location and plenty of room, but listing needs an update…. Or the furniture does. I’m not sure when this listing was written, but it is far from being a ‘fresh find” or having “New, top-quality furniture and kitchenware…” Unit also desperately needs a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. Walls and floors are filthy. Outside is outdated, peeling paint and needs a power wash. On the plus side, the beds were super comfortable and nice linens. Just be sure to bring house slippers. Floors were barely broom swept. Location was excellent with Safeway, ABC store and several restaurants within a safe walking distance. Also a good location in the middle to visit both the north and south areas of the island. Walking/shopping part of Kapaa about a mile away and is very friendly and quaint. Overall I would NOT stay here again. The description is misleading, and this was an overpriced, unclean, 1-star (Google) hotel.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo suited our party of 5 perfectly. Only downside is the beach in front isn’t great for swimming but it’s very beautiful. Tide pools were fun for the kids. Pool was warm and very clean.

Air conditioner went out, Kaua'i Exclusive was terrible

We personally were not impressed with Kaua'i Exclusive Management company. The AC on this property went out the first night, had the maintenance guy come out 3 times before they relocated us to a different property after 6 nights. Great, a bit annoying but not terrible. But they could only relocate us to this new place for 4 nights and we still had another 2 more nights after that (total of 12 nights). We were promised the AC would be fixed in our original property (this Kapaʻa property) while we were staying at the the other location. We called our last night to hopefully move back and they said nope, the parts are ordered for the AC but it is not fixed. Then they had the nerve to say - we can relocate you for the last two nights to a different property with working AC (this would now be the 3rd property) for an additional $1700. That is quite insane because we already paid $8100+ for this place and now they want us to pay more. I honestly could not believe they would not be more accommodating since we were there visiting family and had already interrupted our time with them significantly. So we tried Vrbo for about 8 hours - 4 different representatives and they did absolutely nothing. It was a disaster and we ended up taking a refund for the last two nice they could not accommodate us and figure out housing for ourselves. Our family lives in Kaua'i and we visit quite often, and we will not be staying on a property managed by Kaua'i Exclusive in the near future.

First trip to Kauai!

Two friends and I decided to take a trip to Kauai to kayak, hike, sightsee,etc. Loved the location, great kayaking near by, good food trucks, fun places and shops. We looked North and South but decided to stay in this location. Glad we did! It didn’t take long to get to Poipu or the North shore. We has THE BEST TIME! The condo was clean and great for three people. We all had our own room and bathroom. Nice pool and the hosts were great! Responded to questions quickly, sent a welcome message and a message before checkout. Super friendly!! I would stay here again!!

Stuck in Hawaii for a few extra days (oh no...)

Due to winter storms, our flights were canceled at Christmas time. We were "stuck" on Kauai for a few extra days and our rental was booked. We found this place and booked for a "that day" arrival. It ended up being a fantastic place. The kitchen was AMAZINGLY stocked with knives, pots, and even tin foil and there were lots of little details that were perfect. The property manager worked with us to get us in that day (a slightly unusual situation). It worked out well and we were so thankful. The deck is slightly narrow, but comfortable and a great place to relax after a stressful day! Oh and the best shave ice place on the island is across the street.

Perfect for a family

Location and space was perfect. Minor inconveniences with the laundry services not being available and the communication portals were not managed as promised. Pool and beach was great.

Overall good

The condo was as presented in the photos, no surprises and the check in process was easy. We would have scored it a perfect score had we not a 2am incident in the master bedroom where a smoke alarm was randomly going off. We called the 24hr number for immediate assistance several times and nobody answered. We tried texting as well. Luckily my brother in-law is tall and was able to stand on a stool to take the battery out of the smoke alarm. By this time everyone had woken up. This was quite an inconvenience. We didn't get much sleep that night. At 9am a maintenance person showed up and replaced the battery and we had no further issues. If you stay at this property just be aware that the after hrs service does not answer. Other than that the property is clean, as described and the location is great.

Excellent vacation spot

Unit is in great location. Walking distance to a big shopping center and multiple food places to eat. Perfect view from the balcony gave us excellent sunrise experience and beautiful photos. The overall location is wonderful and easy to get around, close to multiple attractions. Unit had all that we needed. All appliances functional and working well. So nice to be able to cook breakfast and enjoy relaxing time with your friends/family. The customer service was absolutely superb. Very helpful. Quick responses. Having an elevator in the building was a huge plus - bringing in/out our luggage :) Only one little thing could be better is parking. But that was not a big deal with plenty of spaces under the trees. We definitely recommend to stay there. Thank you. Mahalo.
