The living room, equipped with a TV, opens onto a covered west-facing terrace furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, offering a glimpse of the ocean and South Beach. The open-plan kitchen is fitted with a 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave oven and a top refrigerator. A separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, wardrobe and washing machine, also west-facing, completes the layout. A private underground parking space is included. Access to the residence’s shared swimming pool is via badge and wristbands.
