Old Town Casa--Walk to Plaza, Museums, & Downtown

This charming historic adobe home is a short walk to Old Town plaza, museums, Tiguex Park, restaurants, Lowe's Market, and downtown neighborhoods. Very quiet street with friendly neighbors and several Little Free Libraries nearby if you're in the mood to curl up with a good book.

The casa is decorated in a cozy mid-century modern style and has a newly remodeled bathroom. It's the perfect spot to come home to after a day of working or exploring.

Front bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. All beds have memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has a dresser and a large closet for clothing and storage.

Large screen TV in living room. Please note bedrooms do not have TVs. New mini-split units provide both heating and air conditioning.

If you are visiting for more than 30 days, professional monthly cleaning is included with your stay.

There is a 1 bedroom casita in the back yard that is a monthly rental for traveling professionals; however, it is separate from the main home so both units are very private.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, and everything you need to make a meal. All personal basics are provided, including body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and a blow dryer.

Non-smokers only as smoking (anything) is not permitted anywhere on the property.

There are motion-sensor lights and video cameras outside the property for your security. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Signed rental agreement and photo ID required within 48 hrs of booking. There is a $300 refundable damage deposit included with each reservation.
