Visit the Tavares Entertainment District only 5 minutes by car for restaurants and nightlife. Conveniently located .5 miles from the Tavares Dock and Marina and 10 minutes from the Harris Chain of Lakes docks for excellent fishing. The Big House and Hickory Point are within 5 miles. Local boat rentals, sea doos, and kayaks are available along with the Dora Queen paddle boat. Tavares, also known as Sea Plane City hosts multiple events at the city park as well as the beautiful Pavilion on the Lake.

Great location

We were in town for the AVCA Small College Beach Championship, this is a perfect house that’s close to the venue. Very clean and had everything we needed.

The house is incredible on the inside. I have traveled to numerous countries and stayed in interesting places. This property came with 2 black buzzards in mating season and a pair of small alligators. They were in the yard watching us unpack. The birds spent most of their time looking through the glass doors towards us. We would go back anytime we can. Felt like we were at home when we walked in.

Best of the Best

Property was a 10!!! Clean, spacious, great location. Michael was most accommodating and gracious. Perfect rental for anyone fishing a tournament on Harris Chain. Can't beat the location.

Best Stay!!!!

If you have a fishing tournament at Harris or Eustis or Dora this is the place. Griffin is a run in a boat. This was a great house. 2 bedroom's, 2 bath, 2 fold up couches. 4 people can stay with plenty of space. Pond in back. Easy 4 boats and was able to charge all of them at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house.
