The view from the balcony was spectacular! We even got a good angle to watch fireworks. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was perfect for a couple. We had a great time! Bill, the owner, was also very communicative.

I have stay at this resort for three years and this unit and stayed the best experience…The unit truly reflexes the description and promised services.Will consider staying and booking in June when I secure our tickets for the festival.

The view was absolutely stunning! The room is just right for two people. It’s little, but cozy. We were able to walk to several places to eat. The location is great if you don’t want to drive too much. The host was amazing at keeping communication open. Would definitely book again!

I recently stayed at this beautiful condo on Panama City Beach, and it was the perfect beach getaway. Located right on the water on the second floor, it was just the right height — not too high like a high-rise — and I loved being able to step onto the balcony and see and hear the ocean right there.The condo had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a nice bathroom with a bathtub and a very comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to those amazing views up and down the beach was unforgettable. The sunsets were stunning, and parking was easy and convenient.Bill was a fantastic host — very attentive and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. I will definitely be coming back!

There are better places for cheaper or the same price in PCB…keep looking. This is an old school motel room turned condominium. The view was beautiful and the room was clean. Those are the only two nice things I can say. The air conditioner was an old school under the window unit that literally rattled all night. Old pickup trucks make less noise, seriously. The sliding glass door is heavy and has to be pulled up while closing or it runs off track. There was not enough space to store all of our luggage off the ground. Anything metal in the room was rusted (curtain rods, metal wall racks). You have to use a key instead of a key pad. Not too inconvenient but the hallway is dark & we aren’t teenagers anymore, making it near impossible to see to open and lock the door. Only one person at a time can stand in the kitchen…tiny. Dry wall coming off ceiling with water spots. You have to use your entire body (battering ram style) to close the door. The bathroom door has water damage (swollen) and will not close all the way without force. I think it’s only fair to write a review that truly reflects what you are getting here. TINY ROOM. Clean, no bugs, & nice view.

Perfect for one or 2 guests, it's like a hotel room with a mini kitchen. Beautiful balcony view. One flight of stairs from parking lot, 2 flights down to the beach. It is pet friendly so be prepared to listen to dogs barking. The room was very clean. Beach was not crowded at all. Restaurants, convenience store, beach store and liquor store within walking distance. It was great!

Perfect View and Location

You couldn’t ask for a more perfect view or location. Within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The ocean sands were right off the property. Th view was perfect from morning to night. The room is just that, a room with a full kitchen and bath. Very clean. If you are planning on cooking in, the desk can suffice as a table. Seating inside and out should be upgraded. Overall perfect for two!
