This second-floor condo offers great views of both the pool and the Gulf of Mexico and is also just a few steps away from the resort's beach access.



Bikes are available year-round and 1 Beach Chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are included courtesy of La Dolce Vita March 1st through October 31st! Just let the on-site staff know which condo you are staying in!



Upon entry to High Pointe, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well-stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for all guests and a relaxing sofa and armchair set after a long day at the beach and pool. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets from the comfort of your balcony



Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom and a queen bed with twin bunks in the guest bedroom.



High Pointe 224 is close to multiple attractions for you and your family to enjoy. In addition to a range of activities within the resort—including tennis courts, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts—nearby 30-Angler, less than two miles down the road, offers access to several reefs located throughout the Gulf of Mexico. There are tons of activities for any age, including hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, historical tours, and live concerts.



Guests must be above the age of 25, or must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not welcome to accompany their families at this home, events are not allowed and it is a strictly non smoking property.

Great Stay!

Loved the property and proximity to so many shops, restaurants and the beach! Crabby Steve's at the beach boardwalk was perfect for lunch and drinks!

Family Spring Break

We had an amazing week as a family during the busiest week of spring break. High Pointe Resort offers a quiet space among the chaos for your family to enjoy time together. The condo was perfect! It was spacious, extremely clean and the bikes and chairs included help you enjoy everything on and off property. I highly recommend this condo for anytime of the year with your family!

Great vacation

Condo is in ideal location. We loved the easy access to the beach and eating at Crabby Steve’s. The pool was closed during our stay for renovations so that was a bummer. The condo is very nicely updated and beds were comfortable. Replace the bedroom rugs and it would be 5 star condo! Great communication w/ customer service during our stay was appreciated.

Perfect!

Your condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus some. It was clean and we love being on the 2nd floor so we can be closer to our people at the pool.

Beautiful Condo and View!

My husband and I stayed in condo 224 this past week and loved it! The decor is classy-beach and luxurious. The bathrooms have a spa vibe with relaxing showers. The kitchen was fully stocked. The patio furniture provides a perfect spot to enjoy a drink/meal with a beautiful view of the pool and beach. We will definitely be returning next time! One suggestion is to add a full length mirror.

Great location

The condo was located perfectly between Rosemary and Alys beach. The best was our beach access was only for those staying at High Pointe so our section was not crowded with the busy spring break crowd. The beach attendants were great! The condo had nice decor and was very clean! Our only request would be to have the ability for the air conditioning to get cooler, it was controlled and it was quite warm. We also only had 3 wristbands and I never got a response from the rental company to get our additional bands during our stay (but we made due with no problems).

Perfect Stay

This condo has been beautifully updated and taken care of. It was a wonderful stay! I would vacation here again. The added perks of chair rental and bikes was fabulous, not every condo offers this. ScenicStays guest relations is awesome, easy to connect with and let you know they are there to help if needed. Only thing that needs a little work is the sliding doors were hard to move - really had to put some muscle into it. Easy fix with some oil. I highly recommend this renting this unit, you will not be disappointed.

My family enjoyed our stay at your condo! The water filter in the fridge needs replaced. My only concern/problem was that there is not a lock on the inside of the door. My 19 month old son opened the door and ran out of our condo. We had to put a chair in front of the door the whole time to keep him from opening the door.

Beautiful Location

This is our second time staying at High Pointe, but our first time in this unit. We will come back but stay in a different unit next time. This unit needs some cleaning. All the bathmats and rugs were extremely dirty, the white couch was dirty. The bathroom doors in the master bedroom are barn doors and would not close. They were very responsive to this and sent maintenance over to fix it. Maintenance was able to temporarily fix one but not the other. And the WiFi was 1990s slow. With no cable tv, we had to stream and could not stream without buffering. TV in the master bedroom is not a smart TV and has no cable-it is hooked to a dvd player which would be the only way to watch tv in there. All in all, we had a great time, but these are just things to be aware of if booking this unit. The good points: View and location is fantastic! It’s on the second floor, so you never have to wait on the elevator. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with anything you would need (although we didn’t cook). Other than the couch and the rugs, the unit was very clean.

Great view, cumbersome Beach access

We arrived after 5:00 after a very long drive to a home with 1/2 roll of toilet paper between two bathrooms. I called the help line and was told we’d have to wait until morning. Meaning, we had to get back in the car to buy TP. It was frustrating. Even more so that no one contacted me the next day to make sure we had everything we need. There was a glass jar in the bathroom the previous guest used as a tooth brush holder. It was filthy. Sure made us think about what else housekeeping missed. Although the view was fantastic, walking to the beach required us to walk completely around the building and through a parking lot. Next time I would stay at a building closer to the beach.

Property location was great. View was perfect for us even though it's not Gulf front. Comfortable beds. Don't forget to take ice cream scooper, salt & pepper & cutting board should you wish. These were the only kitchen items that were missing that we could have used. Cleanliness is important to me, however I feel Like it wasn't cleaned the way I would have preferred. Lamps & tables were Very dusty and bath mats were dirty. I washed them upon arrival and they came clean. Microwave light didn't work. Curtains behind the blackout pull in master bed were falling down. Plenty of beach chairs are available for use which was really nice. Pinhole in water line to the pullout faucet handle which caused water to spray out should you have pulled it out and makes a mess. We really did enjoy our stay. There were just a few things that needed maintenance. Smaller things yes, but could enhance the stay a bit. We would go back to this unit again.
