Beautiful Beach Style Home by Port Canaveral w/Private Salt Water pool

We use a professional cleaning staff. During busy times, cleaning may take a little longer than expected. Renters opted to take over the place at normal check in time rather than waiting for completion. We apologize for the delay. Most enjoy the cozy beach house feel as is advertised with Tommy Bahama wood and decor throughout. We have all the modern appliances that you need, however for others, if you are looking for sparse cold modern this might not be the place for you! We greatly appreciate your stay and the 4 stars in spite of the cleaning delay. Thank you.

We regret that the property was not up to normal standards. However, communication from the customer was not consistent or clear on the expectation. Plumbing back-ups do occur in any place and many times are caused by renters flushing items not suitable for toilets. Hair backups are common in showers and can backflow to a toilet in line. Sometimes a simple tool located under the sink for this exact reason can be all that is needed. This suggestion was made in the interim as we called for an emergency plumber available in the area. Renters did not respond as we were attempting to send them. Later communication from the renter stated that everything was fine at that time. Lighting - A simple switch turns on the pool light. And ceiling fan remote has been located. Many extra bulbs are present in the house if brighter lights are needed. We apologize for the inconvenience and attempt to rectify any issues encountered.
