Round Valley Villa LA is a private hillside retreat in Sherman Oaks offering guests the exclusive use of a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, upper-level private residence featuring a private entrance, wraparound deck with city, garden and terrace views. And exclusive access to a lower level terrace featuring a designer pool, heated spa BBQ Bar grassy play area, fruit trees and a heritage oak tree.
And we are central to Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Studio City, Hollywood, UCLA and Santa Monica.
You will feel right at home as you enjoy sunny days by the pool, crisp cool evenings in the spa, outdoor dining on the terraces or by the BBQ bar, all in a peaceful rustic natural setting above the city lights.

Per city regulations, when in town, your Hosts reside in a separate lower addition beneath the main residence. We have our own private home, entrance and yard and there are no shared spaces. We respect your privacy and our own, but are nearby should you need assistance.
