With a beautiful and private pool that lets you enjoy the sun and the weather. Our location allows you to visit close by beaches and night spots for good dining and enjoyment. Trips to multiple national parks, fishing, surfing, rides on Catamaran, to name a few options. Loft 45 gives you a desire to be happy enjoying life.

It’s an excellent property it’s great for a couple or a small family. We will stay there again the owner was very helpful and we had no problems reach him by phone or email.

Nice location

Property was as described. Not far from restaurants & beaches. Monkeys in the trees right outside of the door. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. There is a house next to the property that I believe is also available to rent. It was not in use while we were there.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE TO STAY GREAT HOSTS

THE HOSTS WERE GREAT AND HAD GOOD INFO ON WHAT TO SEE AND DO AND GREAT PLACES TO EAT. WE LOVED PLAYA BLANCA BEACH AND CARARA PARK AND RAIN MAKER PARK AND MUCH MORE, COCO'S AT HERRADURA BEACH TO EAT WAS OUR FAVORITE, THIS HOUSE AND POOL ARE BEAUTIFUL WITH WILDLIFE RIGHT IN THE BACKYARD MONKEYS AND MACAW PARROTS, THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND COMFORTABLE. THANKS SO MUCH

Fantastic Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is new and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach stay. The pool provided us with hours of enjoyment and the location was great - just a short distance from the beach and restaurants. The host, Alvaro could not have been better! His communication before and during the stay was great and he went out of his way to make sure our stay at his property was enjoyable. He really is a host that wants his guests to have the best possible time and all the work that he has put into this property shows that. I would highly recommend staying there.

We chose this neighborhood for its peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. It’s just minutes from the beach and home to an incredible variety of wildlife—you might spot monkeys swinging through the trees, iguanas basking in the sun, colorful parrots and toucans flying overhead, and even playful squirrels. It’s the perfect blend of tranquility, nature, and coastal beauty.

Our property is a rare gem—a cherished family legacy owned by a Costa Rican family of five, set in a peaceful neighborhood where the forest meets the beach. It’s surrounded by wildlife like monkeys, iguanas, parrots, toucans, and squirrels, yet just minutes from several stunning beaches, beachfront restaurants, and world-famous national parks. Guests enjoy their own private pool, the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
