Settle into a homey townhouse just a few blocks from the beach. This home is perfect for families looking to get away - there's a shared pool (available seasonally) just out the back door. The open kitchen features an eat-in area for meals both quick and extended. Central air conditioning will keep everyone comfortable, naturally. Nap times are even more comfortable thanks to a ceiling fan in each bedroom. After a long day at the beach, settle in and enjoy a Blu-Ray on the flatscreen TV. This is the place to unwind - come settle in!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Girls weekend

We loved being able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk and restaurants. The pool was a nice bonus too!

Cozy and spacious

The condo was cozy and spacious, 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, living room and kitchen. It's not 5 stars hotel, so don't expect that luxury, but it's perfect for family vacation. I would suggest to put some board games, and books to make it even more family friendly atmosphere.

Great location, could be cleaner

This property is in a great area for a family with young kids that want to be just a little removed from the busy section. The pool was nice, right out the back door. The property was a little dated but still comfortable. Could have been a little cleaner, the floors were the worst.

All your needs met at this stay!

I didn't require additional items. This house had plenty of everything for my family of 3 plus my son's best bud. Bicycle parking, awesome neighbors too.

cute little place if was maintained,it needs many repairs i sent emails to them and mentioned at office my concerns and disappointments were basically ignored i didnt want ro put a negative review on here but sadly maybe its the only way to get these problems fixed for someone else .i have multiple photos of issues buti hope comment is enough to get repairs completed. jerry from Pa.

So Gross

Walking it smelled like smoke. The key for the pool/laundry werent there. We had to go to the Vacasa office, which would have been fine, however there were incorrect instructions for the lockbox. There were approx. 7 slats missing from the blinds, therefore no privacy. I will never stay at this property again.

Terrible stay

Property was filthy and clearly not cleaned. We walked in and found the prior guests welcome packet. Our feet were black from walking indoors. Walls and carpet were filthy and had so many stains. Couches and rug were very worn and smelt of smoke. Dust and debris in every single area of the place. I found a strip of a woman’s flash eyelashes in our bathroom hand towel. Back door did not lock. The safety bar also was broken and the bolts were ripped out of the door. There was nothing clean or welcoming about this place. I would expect this from a $60/night motel not here.
