ABOUT THE HOUSE

Enjoy the modern comforts of luxe living room, filled with sunlight and pops of bright colors and patterns. Stretch out on the leather sofa and chairs and queue up a film on the 64” flat-screen smart TV, equipped with cable and a sound bar.

Prepare meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen. Brand-new appliances include a gas range, dual sinks, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a built-in icemaker. Perch at the breakfast bar for four, or gather at the dining table for six.

Grab a beverage and head out to the second-floor balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

Plan an afternoon barbeque on your private roof deck, where you’ll find a gas grill, an elegant dining set for six, and a 42” smart TV.

After dinner, mix cocktails at the wet bar and kick back on the outdoor sectional. Light the outdoor fireplace to stay cozy.

The luxurious master suite on the third floor features refined décor, plush furnishings, and a private balcony. Stretch out on your king bed and watch the 55” flat-screen smart TV. Curl up with a good book in the cozy sitting area next to the fireplace-style radiator. The en-suite bathroom features a freestanding tub and walk-in shower.

Kids will rush to the travel-themed second bedroom on the second floor. Six cozy built-in twin bunks create a fun camp-style ambience. A 42” flat-screen smart TV is perfect for movie marathons. A bathroom is conveniently located across the hall.

The third bedroom, located on the third floor, boasts two full-size beds, a 32” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Unreserved parking is available on the street.

Please note that the owner has their own quarters on the first floor. These quarters are accessed via a separate entrance on the side of the house, with no shared space.

THE LOCATION

Stroll 0.3 miles to scenic Rose Park to enjoy a green oasis in the heart of the city. When evening rolls around, head to the Music Row to enjoy dinner at The Patterson House or a drink at Tin Roof before hitting the honky tonks (1 mile).

Head 2 miles towards the Capitol to visit dozens of Nashville standbys -- stop in Tootsies Orchid Lounge for the quintessential honky tonk experience, or visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. For dinner, head to The Southern Steak and Oyster, Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar, or the funky Back Alley Diner.

Conference attendees will enjoy close proximity to the Nashville Music City Center, where hundreds of events are held each year (1.4 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
