This beautifully renovated loft apartment provides a fantastic home base in the heart of downtown Asheville. Situated just two blocks from iconic Pack Square, you'll enjoy a walkable locale near a hub of activity. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.

After a day of sightseeing, relax amidst the space's classic architectural details. Highlights include exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Break out the popcorn and watch a movie on the 46-inch TV. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs. Whip up tasty dishes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, DirecTV, an iPhone/MP3 docking station, a DVD player, and a DVD library.

This unit is street level. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lofts. You can step out and walk to tons of restaurants and shops. The space was very cozy and comfortable. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to feel like they are staying in the heart of Asheville.

Cute and convenient

The loft was very nice. Cozy furniture, beds and little extras like travel size toiletries. Very convenient to eating and shopping.

Great little gem in Downtown Asheville

This apartment is located within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants and the Asheville Museum of Science. Parking is easy. Plus, it is only minutes away from the Arts District and from the Biltmore. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Bumpy Start

Overall we loved this place and would stay again. We had some issues initially with the check in as all the instructions(access code and type of lock) provided to enter the unit were wrong. It took about 45 minutes to get in touch with Vacasa the property management company to get the accurate code.the unit itself is very nice and clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Location is close to local hotspots so once we parked we could walk to nearly everything.

Nice apartment, Great area

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The renovated apartment was very nice. However, the pictures don't show how tiny the second bedroom is. This apartment would probably be fine for a couple with children or singles. It wasn't great for two baby boomer couples. The second bedroom had only one bedside table, no closet, only an armoire that couldn't open completely because the bed was in the way, no TV, there were several lights burned out and it was rather dim. The beds were comfortable and the master bedroom was very nice even though we could not get the TV to operate properly. The apartment was furnished nicely and well equipped. Parking proved to be tedious because we had to keep feeding the parking meter. The parking lot described on the website was not available and we were told that Turnkey had been told numerous times that it was not available for renters. The location of the place was great for dining, shopping and walking around town. The key pad lock to get in the day we arrived did not work. The batteries had died and when we called the number we were given in our instructions we got voice mail. We were finally able to reach someone and were given alternate entry instructions. I'm sure this is not a regular occurance though.

Love this property!

The loft is so cute! It was the perfect size for 4 adults. We loved the location - it was both within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and removed enough to be quiet at night.

Great place!

Comfortable and spacey with all the amenities needed. Info and instructions were very clear. Good location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would be helpful to have more local restaurant menus available.

Mini Christmas Vacation

The house was very nice, clean, it was in a good location for being able to walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. The only issues I felt concerning was the parking. My wife picked the location and if she had been staying there alone or with one of her girl friends I would have been concerned about her walking to the parking garage. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again if I am with her.

The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly...

Very cool refurbished warehouse turned vaca spot. Authentic brick walls and original hardwood and pine floors are attractive. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. We didn't during this stay. Two comfortable bedrooms were fine, and there are no complaints about the beds. HOWEVER, there were some issues. #1 is that upon arriving, there was trash on the kitchen bar along with a dirty, wadded up towel. Gross! #2, we were never able to access internet. An attempt was made by a Vicasa contractor to reboot and reset the router, but it was never successful. He eventually texted the password to the unit upstairs, but we were never able to access this network either. Not cool! #3, there was very limited parking on the street, and the city starts ticketing at 8am for overnight parked cars. Would have been nice to know this before receiving our $20 ticket. Finally, in this area, there is a very active homeless population, and even with very cold temperatures at night, a lot of noise and activity outside our unit, including attempts to open the locked door on two occasions. The location was certainly as advertised; i.e., walking distance to the River Arts District. But just be aware of what that means in terms of nighttime activity. All in all, an ok place to stay...

Rocky start but redeemed in the end

We arrived late to the loft and it is center to everything and with modern decor. We were informed prior to arrival the refrigerator was broken and a smaller version had been moved in. Not optimal but doable. While our son was getting ready to setup the sofa bed he opened the ottoman and we were disgusted to find what turned out to be crushed potato chips on top of the linen. My mind then turned to was how did this happen and how “clean” was this beautiful space?! After talking with Graham he was able to get someone to come clean the area and bring fresh linen as well as adjust fees. So even though things happen, we appreciate the accountability and compromise taken by Vacasa to correct the issues we had. I would still return to this site if in the area again!!
