This beautifully renovated loft apartment provides a fantastic home base in the heart of downtown Asheville. Situated just two blocks from iconic Pack Square, you'll enjoy a walkable locale near a hub of activity. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions like the Asheville Pinball Museum, Basilica of Saint Lawrence, and Appalachian Craft Center are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.

After a day of sightseeing, relax amidst the space's classic architectural details. Highlights include exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Break out the popcorn and watch a movie on the 46-inch TV. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs. Whip up tasty dishes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, DirecTV, an iPhone/MP3 docking station, a DVD player, and a DVD library.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh air, where a bistro table offers seating for two.

Great little gem in Downtown Asheville

This apartment is located within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants and the Asheville Museum of Science. Parking is easy. Plus, it is only minutes away from the Arts District and from the Biltmore. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Loft!

This space was amazing!! Loved the tall ceilings and the decor. Beds were very comfortable and close walking distance to mostly everything downtown.

Mini Christmas Vacation

The house was very nice, clean, it was in a good location for being able to walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. The only issues I felt concerning was the parking. My wife picked the location and if she had been staying there alone or with one of her girl friends I would have been concerned about her walking to the parking garage. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again if I am with her.

Great Location, Functional Property

The location is right in the middle of downtown Asheville so we were able to walk to all our destinations. The front bedroom is literally 30 feet from the outdoor seating at the bar next door which made going to bed before 11 pm or impractical. Overall, it was a very functional property that served our 5 person family well.

Perfect!!

The entire condo was as near perfect as any place we’ve ever stayed. There was nothing lacking, nothing! Kitchen was well-equipped, bedding very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The location couldn’t have been better! If I’m ever back in Asheville, this loft is my choice of the place to stay! My only suggestion is to have the cleaning service to clean the baseboards in the bathrooms and be more thorough dusting furniture.

Super Convenient

This was a great spot, super convenient and walking distance to a lot of what Asheville has to offer. The only downside is that one of the bedrooms is reeaaalllyyy small, with not much space to walk around the bed. One of the bathrooms is also really small. Location is also across the street from a church where quite a few homeless were sleeping every night; this doesn't bother me at all but could be a turnoff for some people.

Bumpy Start

Overall we loved this place and would stay again. We had some issues initially with the check in as all the instructions(access code and type of lock) provided to enter the unit were wrong. It took about 45 minutes to get in touch with Vacasa the property management company to get the accurate code.the unit itself is very nice and clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Location is close to local hotspots so once we parked we could walk to nearly everything.
