Spectacular Ocean View from Top Floor Suite at the Beach Villas

Welcome to the Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, the first beachfront private condo on Oahu in 25 years. Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. Beach Villas is located next to the Aulani Disney hotel and Four Seasons. Fronting our condominium is the Pacific Ocean with one of the four lagoons in the resort. Parking is included.

Spectacular Ocean view from your suite located on the highest floor (16th floor Penthouse) at the Beach Villas. Your spacious villa has over 1507sf which leads into a 227sf of lanai through pocket sliding glass doors.

You have full private access to the entire unit as well as access to all the property's amenities (pools, hot tubs, fitness center, beach bar, BBQ grills).

We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa:
Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full-size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Our contact information is listed in the unit for your convenience or our front desk employees are available 24/7.

You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort: Roy's, Noe, Longboards, Mina's Fish House, 'Ama 'Ama, Monkeypod Kitchen and many more.

We are 25 miles from the Honolulu Airport and about 10 minutes from Kapolei City. If you are planning to stay in the resort, all the restaurants and stores are within walking distance. However if you are planning to tour the island or visit Waikiki, you will need a car. Hertz and Enterprise rental car companies are located in the resort as well as a car-share program is available.

Experience the comfort and luxury here at our Beach Villas at Ko Olina Resort like no other place in the world. Walk and travel the Hawaiian history, people, and culture but most of all experience the Spirit of Aloha.

Suite has great views of the ocean and resort area. Easy access from parking area to suite. Was very clean and spacious. Great area with several restaurant options. Away from the busyness and traffic of downtown Honolulu. Checking in was easy with Tiffany. She was incredible helpful with tips and recommendations for our stay and was very accommodating with us leaving later in the day on our last day of vacation. Would recommend the suite and resort to others.

Great unit

We have stayed at several units in KO Olina. This one has the most u obstructive view and quieter than others. Elevators are excellent as they are designated only for certain amount of units.Quiet pool was mostly quiet except for the odd family which usually were spoken to. The kids area looks great. Stay there kids. The unit was very well equipped. Loungers on the deck would be great as it's a great lanai to lounge on. We had an AC problem which was quickly addressed. Tiffany greeted us and was very helpful. She is super. I wish all VRBO postings would mention coffee makers. It has a standard drop and a Keurig. Solid unit. Would book it again on our next visit.

Taste of Heaven

Absolutely perfect! We were met at the resort by our property manager, Cherie, who was very welcoming. She even stayed extra late for us as our plane trip had some unexpected delays. She walked us to our parking space and took us up to the property to give us a grand tour. The communication with Cherie was amazing. She immediately got right back to us with any questions/concerns we had. The property was something we will probably never experience again in our lifetime. It was immaculate, had extraordinary amenities, and had an amazing view of the grounds and the ocean. The balcony was to die for! Also, the beds were extra comfy!!! There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance and other grocery stores/department stores within a 20-minute trip from the property. Cherie also left us goodies as a welcoming gesture. If we ever have the means to visit paradise again, we will be definitely looking up Cherie to book us a property!

This rental is amazing! The host, Cherie is even more amazing, communicative, responsive! The condo is extremely clean, well stocked, amazing views and the beach chairs are a added bonus!

Grateful for the Hospitality!

Property manager Cherie was very helpful and responsive. The owners are lucky to have her managing their property. Our condo was clean and well supplied. Did I mention the view? Stunning! The staff at Ko Olina Villas were friendly, kind, and very professional. We simply loved our experience and the location of this property. The beach umbrella and lounge chair concession was a great value and Rob expresses the true aloha spirit. We hope the next visitors enjoy the property as much as we have. This place is a gem.

Wonderful!

We had the pleasure of staying at Cheri's place for spring break with the family. Her communication was great and check in was easy. The condo was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The laundry room and detergent was very much appreciated. The beds were super comfy and she even had a little floor bed for our toddler set up for us. The pocket sliding doors really opened the condo up to the outside and the view was amazing. The walk in closet was so large our two year old wanted to use it as her “room.” We had a great time with all the beach toys and beach chairs. The lagoon that the condo was on was the best lagoon out of all four. Cheri was very accommodating we would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to anyone staying in Ko’olina.
