The space was perfect! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and short drive to beaches or downtown Bradenton. Patti was welcoming and quickly responded to any questions we had. She also went out of her way to leave a Keurig for us to use. Would definitely stay again.

Best stay ever! Patti is a wonderful host I highly recommend! My spouse and I had our wedding here at the end of August and everything was perfect! Beautiful spacious house, large backyard, a little fireplace to roast marshmallows, such a perfect location for a perfect day! Thank you again Patti!

Great location

Clean, comfortable 2br house in a pleasant neighborhood. Keep this one in mind if you're coming down for spring training games next year. Patti was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Lovely house

The house was very clean. It was a nice open layout with a nice backyard. The hosts made themselves available and were wonderful. The location was centrally located to everything I needed. I would stay again.

Great property

The house was great and had everything we needed for our family Christmas. Patti was amazing and extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked about firewood for the backyard fire pit and she brought over more than we could ever need on Christmas Day! Would highly recommend this property for any event or family gathering you might have!!

Hosts were Wonderful

Patti was very good with communication and quickly took care of any needs or questions that came up. The house is newly renovated so all the appliances, surfaces and furniture are like new. This property is a good value for 2 br, 2 bath with good location for Anna Marie beaches.

Host was fine. Great location. TV cable system is a nightmare not many extras available ESPN Golf Chanel Fox News. Had to watch Super Bowl in bedroom not able to get NBC on main TV.

I am sorry that I only provide high speed WiFi, Netflix & Prime. Many tenants have their own tickets and steaming subscriptions for the “extras”. I understand this was frustrating and tried to go above and beyond to help. I am sorry that at your home you have old traditional cable and expected the same here. TV has changed dramatically and it is frustrating for many to adapt and keep up with. I am sorry that the extra subscriptions I paid for you while you where here wasn’t sufficient enough as each day the game was on a different service. I even bought and installed an old fashion antenna for you which gives all the local channels and carried the biggest games on it. I also understand the Golf tournaments where not to the extent you expect and receive at your home with your cable subscription. It is unfortunate I got a 8/10 for this

Very quite set back from the hustle but yet old fashion neighborhood feeling and conveniences within walking distance. Lots of tranquil nature and many bird varieties visit every day.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are nestled in a quite iconic neighborhood bordering the 100 year old Prestigious Bradenton Country Club. Adjacent to a majestic Hollywood Palm Tree lined street where you can roam. Off the beaten path but yet around the corner to everything you could possibly need or want within 1/2 mile. Even more within 1 mile. I say why leave my quadrant and have to fight the traffic? And why live in a large newer subdivision where it takes 10 minutes just to exit to get to a grocery store?
