There were plenty of spices in the cabinets for cooking whatever type of meals you wanted. There was ample space for us as a couple. Would be a little confined for sleeping with the bunk beds and queen bed in the same room. Closet space was tremendous! This was a fantastic spot for a little get away for me and my best half!! Far enough from town there wasn’t a lot of traffic but not too far as we easily drove to town for groceries. This was a warm inviting cabin with just the right amount of seclusion! I would definitely stay here again, and Carol is very prompt on responses for any inquiries into the property or any issues, but also respects privacy at the same time.

We stayed twice in one trip! This cabin was so cozy and clean. There was a lovely welcome basket and note. My heart was full when I saw the coffee corner!!!The beds were comfy and not so tall! With the forest all around you and the fireweed and other flowers blooming, it was just a perfect Alaskan getaway. We can't wait to return.

Great location and easy drive into town.Very clean. The only thing that you will need to prepare for is that this cabin is on a water tank so you will have to monitor and limit your water usage. There are a couple of minor adjustments that need to be repaired on the bathroom door but we made do. It does have an outdoor fire ring for either a campfire or outdoor cooking.

Hi Curtis, thanks for your review. You mentioned the issue with cabin having a water tank that you have to monitor and limit water usage. While we encourage water conservation we only ask that guests let us know when the tank is getting low so we can have more water delivered the next day to ensure you always have plenty of water. We know the bathroom door doesn’t align perfectly throughout the year with temperature changes and the cabin adjusting, this is why we have added a secondary lock on the inside of the door. Thanks again for your review, we’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay.

Spacious and cozy stay.

My family and I had a great visit to Fairbanks and enjoyed coming back to this spacious, updated, and well-equipped cabin each night. It was also very easy to communicate with Carol before and during our visit. We hope to stay again in the future!

Highly Recommend!! Very clean and comfortable. The host does a great job with the little details to the personalized welcome sign to the variety of snacks waiting for us. There was everything you needed for a long stay. We actually seen the northern lights from the rental. Location was great as well.

Great place in Fairbanks!

House was Very nice and clean. It was nice that we didn’t have to pay for the use of the washing machine. The owner was willing to work with us on a change of plans. I would stay again and I recommend this house to anyone needing a place to stay in the Fairbanks area!

Cozy cabin

The cabin was clean and smelled good. There was Wi-Fi, Netflix, Uno, cards, etc. to keep us entertained. There was a personalized welcome board for us when we got there. The bed and couch were very comfortable and coffee, tea, bottled water, popcorn, other snacks were also provided for free. The area was quiet and we had a relaxing, close to nature stay. We would rent the same cabin if we get back in the area.

Fairbanks cabin

We loved it! The only thing was the dogs who live next door. If they heard or saw us they started barking. But that is something you can’t control
