Wendy grew up on Merritt Island and spent all her free time on the beach in Cocoa Beach. After she grew up and moved away, she and her husband Steve and their dear friends Kim and Bryan brought their 6 children to the area for many beach vacations, trips to Disney and the Port Canaveral with the opportunity to see some space launches. With the purchase of Casa al Mare, the two families have realized a dream of having a 2nd home that can be shared with our family, friends and VRBO family. Our home is a slice of heaven with the beautiful pool, hot tub and updated features in the home only a few blocks from the beach. There is a door alarm on each of the French doors which open up to the pool area, to alert adults that someone is walking out to the pool. Casa al Mare has boogie boards, noodles, several beach chairs, pool towels, a cooler, and a beach cart to get everything to the sand along with 4 beach bikes with a detachable trailer. We hope you enjoy Casa al Mare as much as we have!

Beauiful, comfortable, spacious, home with resort style luxurious backyard with heated pool, hot tub, tiki hut, and beautiful lighting. Close to beach and restaurants and shops.

Heated pool, hot tub, custom tiki hut with tv, lots of bistro lighting for nighttime enjoyment. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Beach chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards all provided. High end home that's been completely upated.
