Resort Access and Check-In Details:
Upon arrival, you’ll check in at the gated entrance, where a concierge will assist you. You’ll receive a key card to access all the resort amenities and a unique keypad entry code for the townhouse. You'll have access to everything Terra Verde Resort offers for just a $25 gate/resort card fee!

Important Information:
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests, including infants under 2 years old.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable $300 security deposit is required when booking.
House Rules: All guests must read and agree to the house rules and liability waiver included in the booking process.

The townhouse features a full kitchen, eating area, indoor and outdoor seating for the entire family, TVs in the living room and all bedrooms connected to Roku, an in-unit washer/dryer, and included linens. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite full bathroom. The two guest rooms are adjacent to the second full bathroom. One bedroom has two twin beds, and the other has a full mattress.
