Our accommodation is nestled in a quiet and very well-connected neighborhood. It is located 400 meters from La Timone Hospital, an 8-minute walk from Blancarde train station, 2 minutes from the St Martin tram stop, 750 meters from the university campuses, and a 15-minute walk from La Conception.

You can easily reach the Stade Vélodrome by metro or the Old Port by tram. You are also close to the Palais Omnisports.

All local shops are within 100 meters (pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, greengrocer, tobacco shop).

Our studio was renovated in 2024.
With its high ceilings, this fully comfortable space features a mezzanine where you can stand upright, creating a separate bedroom with a walk-in closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, including a Tassimo coffee machine.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and storage space.

The living area is equipped with a single sofa bed, a television, a dining table, and a workspace.

It is located on the seventh floor with an elevator. However, access to the elevator requires climbing a few steps beforehand.

The accommodation is accessible via self check-in from 3:00 PM.
Please inform us in advance of your arrival time so we can organize your check-in under the best conditions.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for early or late check-in, a link will be sent to you to book a time slot depending on availability:

Early check-in from 12:00 PM: €20
Early check-in before 1:00 PM: €25
Late check-out at 12:00 PM: €25
All requests must be made no later than the day before arrival, before 6:00 PM.
