Two well-furnished bedrooms offer wonderful places to lay your head, while a queen sofabed adds an extra sleeping option. Added perks include a central AC, complimentary WiFi, an outdoor shower, and provided beach chairs and towels.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was well stocked. The mattresses are every bit as bad as some reviews I had read and need to be replaced. It’s in a great area of Mexico Beach and we enjoyed ourselves

This is our second time staying. My only suggestions for improvement would be for the owner to invest in new mattresses or mattress toppers. And also updating a couple of pieces of furniture that are outdated/worn out.

The condo was nice and we enjoyed it for the most part. However, there were a few deficiencies… 1) the dryer did not work, which we didn’t know until after we washed clothes. 2) the bathtub drain in the smaller bathroom was almost completely clogged. We had to clean it out so the water would drain. 3) one night loud music was being played at the pool until at least midnight.

Great place to stay

I loved the place. Had everything I needed inside the apartment, including beach chairs. Very clean. Short walk to the beach. My only complaint was the bed mattress. It was reaaallly bad. Other than that I loved the place.

Nice place to stay

Perfect for us

We loved this place. It had everything we needed and then some. We loved the closet full of books, games and puzzles. We also got good use out of the beach equipment. When we needed to contact customer service, they were quick and helpful.

I loved this cute apartment. It was just the right size. Decorated very tastefully. The distance to the beach was a challenge for my 72 year old knees and legs but I was determine to walk it. And I did! There was plenty of beach equipment. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking tools. I would definitely go back and recommend this place. Excellent!

Friendly atmosphere

Great place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean. It was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Only problem we had was the keyless entry did not work and we had to use the only one set of keys they had for the unit.

Spring Break Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family. Getting to the beach was simple - especially using the beach cart made available in the condo. The hot tub and pool were quiet and clean. We utilized many of the items in the kitchen and everything was readily available. We certainly got our money’s worth for the time we were there!!

Mexico beach rental

Great location, lots of room for 2 people good rate. Stove top is hard to use because burners are slanted. Dishwasher is very noisy.

Mexico Beach Trip

It was within walking distance to some shops and restaurants, and the walk to the beach was easy and took just a few minutes. The bed was not very comfy, and my husband and I both constantly rolled to the middle of the bed. The hot tub did not work, even though that was on the listing. The first evening we struggled to get the TV working, which only had some sort of cable. The wifi did not work, and the TV would not play. I contacted the company, and we had to spend a good 45 minutes trouble shooting to try to solve the problem - NOT at all what you want to do on your vacation. I was either texting with AI or someone in/from another country. It did not solve the problem. The TV in the living room is extremely old and desperately needs to be updated. There was no way to watch any streaming device. That is how most people watch television now, so I was shocked they did not have that. The TV in the bedroom did not work at all, and we did let the company know. They did nothing to fix it. The wifi issue was not fixed Friday night. We drove almost 30 minutes to the nearest WalMart and bought a Roku device just so we could stream shows. We had to use my own Hot Spot from my phone to use it. While we were at the beach the next day someone came and fixed the Wifi, but they never let me know like they said they would. We had valuables sitting around, so we were very upset about that. I would not stay here again and will never again get a property owned by Vacasa.

Great spot for a family

Easy jaunt to the beach especially with the provided beach cart and cabana. We loved the master suite— plenty of space, privacy, big closet, spacious bathroom. Kitchen stocked so we could cook most nights, including the necessary crockpot. LR had plenty of room to relax with everyone. We enjoyed the view from the balcony of the lovely pool and the area to the water. Waterside was a really relaxing place to stay. We will try to stay here again when we return to Mexico Beach

Back to the Beach

After losing our Beach house during Hurricane Michael, we decided to look for places to rent at Mexico Beach. We were impressed with the condo that we rented. The area was very quiet and located in a place that was convenient for us. The inside of the condo was attractive and equipped with all the necessary items. We definitely plan to rent there again.
