We invite you to enjoy this beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in the pristine Puamana community. Tucked away amidst 30 tropical acres, with a beautiful corridor ocean view from the ground level lanai and upstairs lanai and bedroom and immediate access to the ocean - this two-story vacation rental condo is truly unique to the property. The large upstairs lanai shows off the views of the gorgeous blue Pacific Ocean and the lush West Mountains. The downstairs lanai also has ocean views and features a private wellness retreat, including a 3 person Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge and outdoor shower. Blackstone skillet grill and large, comfortable outdoor furniture that seats 6.

This condo is perfect for a family of 6 or an island getaway with friends, as it includes a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, 2 twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary bedroom has an en suite primary bathroom with an ocean view from the shower! The guest bedroom has private access to the guest bath, and the first floor bath is equipped with a shower and the washer/dryer. With a full kitchen and dining table that seats 8 and an outdoor Blackstone skillet grill, this condo will truly feel like a home away from home while you are on Maui.

With its private tropical location right near the large tropical greenbelt, the location keeps guests coming back. Potential noise from the nearby two-lane road may be noticeable, bothersome or unnoticed depending upon each person. Most guests are unaffected as any disturbance is offset by the close proximity to the ocean and beach and all of the beautiful amenities at Puamana, while others are sensitive to traffic noises.There are dual pane windows and doors in all rooms to minimize outdoor noise.

Puamana is a unique, hidden, and quiet gated community adjacent to the beach town of Lahaina, Maui. The property currently offers a kid friendly pool for your enjoyment. There is a tennis court, pickleball court, seasonal fruit trees, half mile of shoreline, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, and snorkeling! At sunset, take a glass of wine just a few yards to the beach to watch the sun go down or enjoy your cocktails at the Puamana Oceanfront Gazebo area.

The property was beautiful and clean! We loved being so close to town and seeing the ocean out the back door. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great property!

Overall great property, condo as advertised, quiet neighborhood. The addition of bicycles to the property are the only recommendation that would make this place absolutely perfect.

Your condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 to share in our first big family vacation to a tropical location. Easy to find, easy access and a comfortable size. The location was great and easy beach and pool access. The road noise mentioned in the review was accurate, but never overly bothersome. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again. Thank you for a beautiful family vacation!

I brought my family of women. My wife and 4 of our 5 daughters. With the pull out couch we slept 6 people in the condo. All amenities described were there in the condo. We had a great stay. Location is close to all things west side.

Great trip.

The condo was in great shape and perfectly decorated. All the kitchen amenities that you need are there. As others have said you can definitely hear the road noise. It wasn’t an issue for us but others might think so. All in all it was a great trip and great location for easy access to Lanaina front street.

Very nicely updated, great location

The condo was beautiful, just as advertised in the pictures. I read some reviews saying the road noise might be a problem at night but not for us with the doors and window closed and AC on. Short walk to the water. No real “beach” on location but very beautiful nonetheless. Definitely a surfer community with great surfing right off the main pool. We don’t surf but it was fun watching the experts! Three minute drive (at 25mph) to Lahaina town which is fun (and touristy) with plenty of shops and restaurants/bars. Nothing is too far away on Maui.

Mahalo for your hospitality!

This unit, was a perfect match for our family of 4! We loved the decor, and the home had all we needed for comfortably cooking simple meals on the nights we stayed in. The location was perfect, and the nightly walks to watch the sunset was something we all looked forward to. The beach is outstanding, and renting body boards was a total win! The top patio area was intimate and lent to a nice time reconnecting with my husband. Upon arrival, we felt like we were home and loved the touch of warm lights greeting us while arriving after dark. The theme of the unit was suitable for the location and we loved it all. A tip for guests, before hitting the store, take inventory on items that may have been left behind…such as dishwasher detergent, dish soap, spices, garbage bags etc. I bought some thinking I’d have none, and found some in quantities from past visitors, to use. The staff and maintenance was top notch and ensured we received 5 Star Service, with quick responses to questions or small issues we had (grill). It was an amazing stay and if we travel from the East again, this will be a place to stay again. I’ve left a piece of me at Puamana! Mahalo PS: DO NOT FEED the CHICKENs! They will poop everywhere on the patio. Neighbors did, and those little chicks found their way to our side. Yuck! A few claps loudly and they got the picture to not return!

Nice but roach problem

The condo complex and the condo proper were lovely and well-located. Our after-hours check-in was seamless. The second floor of the condo was very nice. Unfortunately, we had roaches on the first floor, mostly in the kitchen: on countertops, by toaster, in silverware drawer, in pots/pans drawer, under sink, and on door. We didn't notice our friends until day 2, tried to get past it, advised management (who essentially told me that they've had no prior complaints and that bugs happen). When I responded about where I saw the critters, that I saw roach traps behind the toaster and in the back of the pots/pans drawer, and I had taken pictures, I was called back with an apology, told that the premises/complex owner had stayed in the condo a few days before and had noticed the roaches (my point: despite this knowledge, the company did not spray prior to our arrival, did not notify us before, or did not offer us another place to stay!). After arriving home and keeping all luggage/clothing in garage (to avoid bringing the buggers into our home), I contacted management to follow up. Ultimately, I was told that per management and the company COO, no less, they gave me a hearty MAHALO for staying, noted that they would have sprayed but we declined (spray while we were there? no thanks), and they offered us a $100 credit on a future booking at Coconut Condos. Wow. Horrible response and very unfortunate. I'll pass on the offer and on any future booking..

Excellent property and management company

We went in late march and were the first visitors at the new VRBO. Overall an excellent experience. First the management company was great. We had a few minor issues, mainly because it was the first time this place was rented, and they came right out and fixed them. Great communication along the way on what to expect. A few notes that are pretty obvious in the description and pictures. The beach was nice for walking and beginning surfers but not good for laying on. The nearby highway does have traffic but it is pretty light at night and we never once woke up to it. Not a surprise for me but my wife is a pretty light sleeper. The food on Maui is pricy!! When you first land stop at Costco or Walmart or something by the airport to get food. We skipped this and I regretted it while we were there. Condo is beautiful you won't regret it.
