43-4 Spectacular Views from this Two Bedroom 2.5 bath Puamana Oceanfront Unit

This extensively remodeled oceanfront townhome is the perfect home base for exploring Maui. With a brand-new kitchen, two updated bathrooms, a powder room, new flooring, fresh paint, and all-new furniture, it offers both comfort and style. The breathtaking ocean views remain as stunning as ever, providing a serene backdrop for your stay.

Set in the Puamana gated community, the townhome grants access to beautifully landscaped grounds, the Dolphin pool, and tennis and pickleball courts. Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific.

Mornings here are magical—enjoy your coffee with the sound of waves just steps from your lanai, where you can relax, watch surfers, and take in stunning sunsets. The ocean in your backyard makes this townhome an idyllic retreat, with frequent turtle sightings adding to the experience.

Beyond Puamana, you’ll find world-class golf courses, exceptional restaurants, beautiful beaches, and endless opportunities for adventure and sightseeing. Whether you’re exploring the iconic Road to Hana, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, or enjoying a leisurely round of golf, this townhome serves as the ideal starting point for your Maui journey.

This three-bedroom townhome accommodates up to four guests, with the primary bedroom locked off for owner use. Equipped with a Ring Security System for added peace of mind, this home invites you to experience the best of Maui while supporting the community’s healing and resilience.

What a wonderful stay! The ocean view was absolutely gorgeous, and the house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. Dave, the manager, was great to work with and responded quickly whenever we had a question. We'd come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

This was our first time visiting Maui for their marathon and it was amazing. Our rental was perfectly located near many beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The rental was clean and spacious for a family of 4. On days we preferred to cook, we had everything we needed to include a BBQ. Unfortunately, none of the rooms had ocean views but the lanai made up for it. Morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean was spectacular. Often felt like we had our own secluded beach. Would highly recommend.

The unit is fantastic with gorgeous views and spacious outdoor area. Kitchen is well stocked and clean. Property manager was very responsive Only area for improvement is that the grill was very dirty and took about 30 min to clean before it could be used.

Location can't be beaten.

We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect for us. Puamana is a residential community just minutes from downtown Lahaina. Quiet, peaceful and the view from the back patio is simply spectacular. If you are looking for a truly get-away to relax, this is the place for you.

Gorgeous/Breathtaking view

Dave's place has the best view. Sitting on the lanai listening to the waves and looking at the blue skies and ocean and islands across the way was a daily highlight of the trip. The location was very close to all of the restaurants and activities and made for easy travels. I would definitely stay here again.

Best ocean front property ever.

We loved the location of the resort and the condo unit. Amazing ocean front property!! Can not be beat!! This particular condo could use some TLC as it is showing it’s age. I’m sure that the owner(s) will get there in time. The property location and views are so great that we would come back. Thanks.

The Perfect Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best vacation in Maui, and staying at Puamana Resort was huge part. We stayed in an Ocean front unit and the home was absolutely beautiful. I cant think of anything that the owners could possibly do to improve, they thought of everything. Will be staying here again in the future.

Can't beat the location- no ocean view bedroom though

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the place. We were surprised that the one bedroom with the ocean view was blocked-off for owner use only. That was not obvious from the listing, since all the other ocean-front condos in this complex have one bedroom with an ocean view. That was our one big disappointment. We were not thorough enough looking at the photos to see that this one does not because the owners lock that room off. Anyway, the rest of the place was good. The cookware was scratched non-stick, which is par for most rentals, unfortunately. We like to cook, so this is an issue at many rentals. We loved being able to crawl out of bed and into the water on surf and paddle boards. We would recommend 808 Surf, they will deliver boards to your condo! We would stay at Puamana again, very quiet and nice neighbors.

Lahaina condo

The location, place, and amenities were all excellent. It’s a cute community and we enjoyed our time there. The communication platform was a but annoying since they do not offer any of the many, many details through VRBO. You have to download a separate app and/or check you email & work through their website. Aside from that, we really loved the place.
