Fantastic property with updated interiors and amazing backyard with outdoor kitchen, fire lit and heated pool. The host was easy to communicate with and our family had a great time.

This is a really great house and property! The kitchen, dining and living areas are beautifully designed and decorated and are large. Tons of counter space and cabinets in the kitchen, nice appliances, including a gas stove and large smoothie maker. The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, glassware and a air fryer. The two regular sized bedrooms and the large main bedroom and bathroom worked well for us. The backyard yard and pool area are spectacular! Wonderful heated pool with a water temp of around 84 was great during our stay. We did not use the bar area with the large built in gas grill as there was just two of us, but it’s a great entertaining space. No garage access but a wide driveway made parking a breeze. We really like the Gilbert downtown area as well as Chandler. House is about 10 minutes away so pretty convenient. And lots of shopping and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. We come to Phoenix from Wisconsin every March to get away from winter, catch a couple Brewers games and play a little golf. I can see us coming back to this property in the future!
