Book your dream home for the holidays! Delivering premium appeal in both size and amenities, this extravagant mountain manor is located on a 1.2-acre parcel within walking distance to Heavenly Ski Resort. The classic finishes of a true mountain lodge, from the intricate exterior lines to the dramatic interior with an abundance of stone and exposed timbers.

Open concept living is highlighted by a vast and well-appointed kitchen that opens into a 2-story great room and out onto expansive decks with a covered built-in BBQ/bar area. The lower floor is an entertainer`s dream with a rear projection home theater room with tiered seating for 18, a palatial gaming area with a full bar, a 400 sqft indoor swimming pool with steam room, and an outdoor cedar-lined sauna with fire pits and multiple dining options. The decor has all been carefully selected to provide a rugged yet refined alpine experience.

No street parking. Large 2-car garage and driveway parking are allowed for a maximum of 5 cars.

We manage the property for the owners. We are very responsive via messaging and are available via phone in an emergency.

Just a block to Heavenly Ski Resort and close to all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

South Lake Tahoe area coordinated transit system, Uber, Turo, and Lyft. Walking is possible but driving is most likely preferable.

Fully stocked kitchen for holiday cooking.

Big property with a nice location in Heavenly, perfect for parties looking for both the South Lake Tahoe & Nevada scene. Rules of exit were easy to follow and the place is great for groups looking to get a full Tahoe experience.

Perfect for our family reunion

We had 13 adults and 9 kids under the age of 12 for a family reunion. The house was perfect for all of us. The pool and theater room was perfect for the kids. The bedrooms are generous in size. Had a great time. The two fridges worked out well for those in our group that have allergies could keep their food separate.

Family memories

Great size home for 5 families. We enjoyed the game room after children went to bed. We enjoyed the spa, pool and sauna too. The movie room was an added bonus.

Cozy yet luxurious Tahoe getaway

Rented the property for a friends and family gathering for 2 nights. Check-in process was incredibly easy. House was spotless and beautiful, reflected accurately by the listing pictures. We utilized all the appliances and amenities of the home, all worked as advertised. Check-out was painless. 10/10 would stay again

I hosted a retreat here. It was the perfect set up. The home was super clean. Clean like it was just built and we were the first people to ever stay there clean. I’m looking forward to renting this home again next year.

Potential to be Great

I have rented with VRBO numerous times. This was a birthday celebration for 65 old patriarch. Family from Louisiana. I will try and keep this objective.Checkin: seamlessArrival issues: home needs better instruction on several electronic issues. Operation of fireplace, hot tub, shower heads. Smoke detector was broke( fixed quickly) the cable had been deactivated in the home. ( the owner brought Roku boxes next day.Cleanliness: home was clean for the most part. The refrigerator was dirty( Heather helped remedy this, she was awesome. Beds comfortable . Kitchen stocked for the most part( needed more coffee cup which were provided next day). Bathrooms are jack and Jill ( one commode to 2 rooms) which was not indicated on posting. Hot tub was not hot ( maintenance remedy quickly).felt like I bothered owner when I had questions but he did answerOverall visit was okay. House could be great with a little more attention to detail.

Don’t Be Duped... far short of the representations on its website.

The house is designed to accommodate large groups, and had ample beds for our 13 folks. However, don’t be misled, that's where our satisfaction with the house ended.It's evident the house suffers from significant neglect. The list of problems is part due to neglect by the owner and/or management company as well as false representations on the property listing.The list of items in disrepair is long: 2 refrigerators in the kitchen don’t work properly, the only working ice maker is in the basement. The shower faucets are faulty, one would not turn off and others didn’t work at all, kitchen faucet was loose and nearly fell off. The furniture is dated and uncomfortable and kitchen sorely lacked appropriate serving utensils, dishes (plastic wine glasses), cookware and appliances, only 1 coffee pot to serve 13-20 guests. The advertised, full-size pool had fungus or mold and was disgusting. No one dared step a foot in it. Forget watching TV, the living room had 7 remote controls that were near impossible to figure out. We gave up trying to use the theater room due to the lack of instructions. Despite one guest having a MIT degree. Good luck to the average layperson.House is not 1 block from ski lift, it's a 1/2 mile walk uphill on a busy street.Amenities in less expensive properties were lacking. No wastebaskets, lack of soap in showers, limited towels, tissues and drawers. Premium price charged for worn down and poorly maintained. Our advice is stay clear of this place.

The home was very spacious and clean overall. The only minor issue was that we didn’t realize the master bedroom’s jetted bathtub had rust water until after my son took a bath. Once we drained the tub, we noticed brown, rusty residue coming from the jets. It would be best to run the bathtub once before using it. Additionally, while the indoor pool lists a maximum temperature of 80, it felt quite cool—both children and adults were shivering.
