The open-concept gourmet kitchen has double ovens, Sub Zero fridge, wine fridge, and everything for large-group cooking. It flows onto expansive decks with a covered built-in BBQ and outdoor bar.

Occupancy: Maximum 28 guests. Please provide an accurate guest count at booking. No additional guests beyond the stated number without prior approval.

Parties/Events: Events must be approved in advance. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced in South Lake Tahoe.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for the neighborhood.

Smoking: No smoking of any kind inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, away from open windows and doors.

Pool & Steam Room: Use the indoor pool and steam room at your own risk. No glass in the pool area. Please shower before entering the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.

Hot Tub & Sauna: Use at your own risk. No glass near the hot tub or sauna. Follow posted capacity limits.

Parking: 2-car garage + driveway parking for a maximum of 5 vehicles. No street parking.

Check-Out: Check-out by 11:00 AM. Please start the dishwasher, gather towels, and bag all trash before departure.

Plumbing: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

Damage: Please report any damage or breakage via messaging as soon as it occurs.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We cannot package and ship items left behind.

Fireplace: Use the fireplace responsibly. Keep the fireplace guard in place at all times.

Snow/Winter: 4WD/AWD vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months. Roads and the driveway can be icy or snow-covered.
