Private, quiet, surrounded by trees but only 4 miles to the Parkway and all the attractions, Rustic Cove combines the rustic and adventure feel with the comforts of a luxury vacation. Cabin was in a central location of all activities. It was set up to be very pet friendly -dog run-crate-poopy bags.Beds were comfy-towels- were all great. However this cabin needs to be shown A LOT of love. Sofas smelled like dogs, day 2 hot tub was leaking, shades are broken and droopy, closet lights in bedrooms don't work,remote batteries were dead ( we replaced what we could) bulbs were burnt out in chandeliers, no broom or dust pan to be found,ice maker in fridge didn't work,gutters are growing plants and are falling off, 1 kitchen towel, screens cut, back porch edison lights only half worked bulbs missing. You will hear busy road noise all night long unfortunately. Upper loft if you have a small pet beware they can go through the railings. Recepticals need replacing anything you plug in falls right back out. 3 bobby pins were on upper bathroom floor when arriving.All in all the cabin is cute. Host was notified and we also left a fix it list on the kitchen table.

Beautiful mountain vacation

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5 adults and our dogs. It is a comfortable, cozy cabin that is in a perfect location to be secluded, yet close to area attractions. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, and the pups enjoyed the dog run. We had a fire in the fire pit one night, but had to put it out early, since we got a visit from a rather large bear coming up the driveway! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for dog lovers

The cabin was super cute and had everything a dog owner could ask for. It was so nice to be able to take our four legged family members with us on vacation. The cabin was very beautiful and well kept.There was even a large dog crate we found in one of the closets. We will stay there again. The road to it is kinda rough but nothing to bad.

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our time staying at this cabin. The place was spotless upon arriving and was well stocked with what we needed to start our trip. It’s an adventure getting up the bumpy rock road, but worth it. The king bed upstairs was very comfortable, the hot tub was nice and spacious, plenty of space for playing games at the table, and the fire pit was wonderful. The only very minor thing that would be helpful is for there to be a couple more mirrors to help make getting ready in the morning easier. Overall we had a great stay at a great cabin. We also saw lots of different critters and wildlife, so be on the lookout!

Very nice cabin

Cabin was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Went with my Son, Daughter and her husband and their dogs. Had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Good location close to the Main Road in Pigeon Forge and for our trip to Cades Cove. The only negative thing was the road up to the cabin. Most of it was ok even tho it was gravel but there were a few very rough places that really need attention. But I give the cabin 5 stars.

Christmas retreat

Our family stayed at Rustic Cove over Christmas. It was our first time to visit the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. This cabin was in a great location for us near Pigeon Forge which allowed us to run into town during the day and easily travel back and forth to events we had planned in town. The cabin was in a very quiet area and had very little traffic. This place is perfect if you have a dog that needs to travel with you. It has a dog run right off the porch which makes it easy to take the dog outside. We did not have a chance to use the hot tub and fire pit but those are a nice addition for those who want to use them. We had a total of 6 people and a baby so the size was perfect for us. I would recommend this cabin to anyone traveling to the area.

quiet location, great if you have dogs.

Good location, close to the parkway, but far enough away to feel secluded. Road to get in and out is a one lane gravel road down a hill and then over the creek bridge, then up a steep hill. That made it feel like we were going to a real cabin and not one of those cabin communities. Cabin was laid out well. open kitchen dining and living area. We enjoyed the arcade games. Sitting on the front porch on the swing drinking coffee in the morning was relaxing. Small yard on side of cabin was nice for the dogs there is a locking gate that leads from the yard to the porch. so you can leave the dogs in it without worrying if they will get out. Communication with host was very good.

Great location. Cute cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cabin. The location was great. It was a steep dirt road up to the cabin, but not a problem for us with our 4 wheel drive SUV. The hot tub was great -We really enjoyed it on our chilly nights. The owner was very nice and had great communication. The cabin was not ready when we arrived therefore we checked in a little later, due to cleaning circumstances but Jazmine was very accommodating and everything worked out fine. The beds are memory foam style which is not my favorite but some people love it. I recommended the owner add some extra pillows for the beds. You may want to bring a couple extra if you’d like more than one per person. Great house if you are bringing your dogs. ❤️

This is a really nice cabin. Hot tub on the back deck is so relaxing. The bedrooms have nice big beds. And the firepit out back is great to sit around and talk about the day. Location is in a quiet spot away from all the city lights. Very nice place to stay.

The cabin was a great place to stay, very clean! The only thing I have to say is you might need 4 Wheel drive to get up the driveway! Overall a great stay, loved the dog friendly accommodations!

Great location, comfy beds, great spaces for dogs -kennel and private runner area. Everything needed for cooking. Appreciate access to cleaning supplies and vacuum etc. Loved the large hot tub and fire ring area!

The cabin is so comfortable and welcoming. I love that there is a dog crate already on site. It is smarter to have a 4wd vehicle as the road to the cabin is a little rustic, but that adds to the stay! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Family Vacation

This is our first vacation taking our doggos with us, so it was important to us to find a place that not only met our standards but also our furry friends! This cabin was perfect and met all expectations. Our doggos felt right at home, even got to experience a bear (or two) while out for a potty break! The property manager stayed in constant contact with us about anything we needed or questions we had. We simply could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Smokey Summer!!

Husband, granddaughter, mini golden doodle & myself. We had a great peaceful week at this cabin.close to attractions, private, comfortable and just what we needed. We had long days taking in the sites and attractions of the Smokey Mountains. It was really great to come into a private quaint place and the hot tub was icing on the cake.It was great to have awesome place for the pup when we went places that she couldn’t go. One word of caution the road into the cabins is a little rough. Good thing we had a heavy duty 4 wheel drive to get in. Although some of the few neighbors had just regular small SUv’s they seemed to have made it in & out. All in all it was a great trip.

We had a wonderful week with our pups at this gorgeous remote cabin! The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. All of the activities that we wanted to do were within 30 minutes. We would absolutely stay again and will recommend it to anyone we know headed that way!

If you are traveling to the Smoky Mountains with dogs, there's simply no better place to stay. We have a beautiful real log cabin in the middle of a wooded area with seasonal views for you to enjoy. The cabin is comfortable and clean and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation.

The cabin is in a perfect location, close to all the attractions but also just far enough to truly enjoy a visit to the mountains. Some of the nearby attractions are
