Convenient place to stay

with a little curb appeal at entrance and back yard and low on cups for coffee drinkers…an easy fix!overall great place to stay with dog. Walking distance from dog park, close to shopping yet in a quiet residential area.newly renovated clean place to stay!

Home was beautiful on the inside. Location was not great, but not horrible. Host was great, very responsive. Internet went out from a storm, I sent a message and he was out in 15 minutes to get it fixed. I would stay there again.

Very nice place

The house was very clean and spacious with new appliances and tvs in the living room and bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would very much recommend it to anyone.

Great place!

The place was very comfortable. We really loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom had a great shower and was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was very nice. Loved this little piece of heaven.

Very happy with this home. Everything inside was new, modern and looked great! Very spacious and clean. We loved everything especially the kitchen! We were very happy overall. Thank you for providing us with a great place to stay during our time in Florida!

Perfect for a family with a fog

Loved this property! Stay here!! It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Great fenced in backyard and a fantastic dog park is a super close walk away. Also very close to Publix and Walmart. Great communication with the host.

Love my stay

The house was very clean in nice inside lot of space a lot’s of room in a lot of living room space it a very quiet area in I enjoy myself in I will rent again the property manager was very nice respectful in response back to my massage everything was wonderful I love it thank you .

Everything was mostly well. The host was responsive and the place was clean.There were a few minor issues.The first one is that the smoke detectors were hanging but Jay took care of it right away. I assume the previous guests unplugged them to smoke indoors.The second issue is that the main bedroom's bed sunk quite a bit. Unfortunately that has killed my back. I've gone once to the chiropractor and need to go one more time.The last one is that if there was more cutlery, plates and dishes we would not have had to run the dishwasher as often. We would not be able to fill it up all the way. This would probably save Jay some money too.

The picture of this property are deceptive. Much of the furniture pictured was not there including the patio furniture. The furniture that was there was torn up and badly stained with God knows what. There was what appeared to be poop on the sofa. One of the lamps in the living room was broken. The fridge door was broken and wouldn’t close properly. The back yard was not at all what was pictured and was a mess. This place was so gross we couldn’t even sit on the furniture. We had to check out and get something else. The host wouldn’t respond for 12 hours when we complained and then would not release us so we had to go to VRBO and that is a nightmare in itself. When we first arrived he had not sent us any check in instructions. It took multiple messages to get that from him. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Beautiful updated pet friendly home

This home is recently updated with elegant high quality finish! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good backyard for pets- outdoor renovations are not quite complete but host is very responsive to any suggestions or concerns. Dog owners will also love having a dog park 1 block away! Our destination was the Strawberry Festival but location is also convenient to Tampa

Wedding with family

Close to necessities like pharmacy and groceries and even DoorDash restaurants. Completely updated inside. Plenty of room. Fenced-in yard for dogs. (Even had iron and ironing board which we needed as we flew in for wedding). Very pleased.

No regrets!!

The owner was very responsive via the cell number in the listing. He had his fence replaced on Christmas Eve while were there because the neighbor's portion was falling over into the back yard. He provided all the necessities and then some. I was there with my family (7 ppl and 2 dogs) for almost 2 weeks and we were very comfortable and happy with the property.and our experience. We would definitely stay here again! :) .

Nice & Clean

It’s a comfortable, clean house. Only strange thing was there were no paper towels or dish towels in the kitchen but it was still a great house! We took Uber to a concert at the amphitheater so it’s a convenient location.

Nice, clean place

It was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed to cook whatever I wanted and make the place feel like home. There were fans and big-screen TVs in every room, but one without a TV, and the beds were cozy. I did not like that there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the backyard, though, as one of the tenants pointed out. Everything is easily accessible by foot from the location. The weather was nice, with sunny days with occasional thunder, rain, and wind. The host was helpful and promptly addressed any issues I had while I was visiting.

Overall, Nice Stay and Place!

This was a great place for us to stay for the night. Close to everything you'd need as well as Tampa. Some detractors are: - It is on a busy road - I wouldn't bring small children who like to run around outside. There is really no yard in the back and what there is. is all weeds. - There didn't seem to be cable TV but that could be user error! I'd stay again if I am alone for sure. The interior of this house is impeccably done!
