Centrally located in the Courtyard Villas complex between the airport and waterfront attractions, this condo offers the perfect dose of convenience and comfort. Enjoy the sunshine and coastal breezes on the private patio, equipped with a foot-rinse station for washing off sandy toes. The shared pool will make for a refreshing dip after a fun hot-weather hike, and the picnic bench makes this a great spot to enjoy alfresco meals. The bright, breezy interior is tastefully furnished with contemporary appliances and an understated nautical theme throughout. The open-concept layout includes a full kitchen, a dining table, and leather sofas. After a day of adventures, unwind in the cooling comfort of central air-conditioning while catching up with your favorite shows or enjoying a family movie night on the TV.

The guest bedroom overlooks the pool when it's time to call it a night.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Stayed for 3 nights with 3 kids and had an amazing time. This place is clean, good size and has everything you need for cooking, sleeping and relaxing. Location is very convenient, close to East beach, pier and good restaurants.

Issues from the git go

Carpet stained worn and dirty. No mention in vrbo listing or pics of steps, would not have rented. Up bath fan doesn’t work. Caked food and greasy utensils and pans in kitchen. 4 c coffeemaker too small for 2 br. No dish drying rack. Smoke detector with no batteries found in kitchen drawer. Local Vacasa said they would replace next day never happened. No broadcast tv only streaming.place needs deep clean ex top of fridge and garbage can filthy. No tp holders. Cannot recommend.

The location for this place was great, and the place was decently clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The towels smelled of cigarette smoke though, and had hair on them, but everything else was okay. I have found that Vacasa rentals don’t always provide what you need (kitchen utensils, decent coffee makers / filters, etc.), so it is best to come more prepared. The toilet also would not flush, but someone came over to fix it in a timely manner.

Seas the Day

I loved that the condo was well finished! We had everything that we needed as far as trash bags and detergents. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to use along with a nice refrigerator and dish washer. We had plenty of space.

Great Location

This unit is very close to the quaint little village area, and is also in walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is very quiet in the neighbors that I ran into were very friendly. The unit itself is much darker than the photos portray. Over all it was a comfortable stay.

Weekend get away

Nice little property not far from a lot of the restaurants we like and beach access. Only issue we had that was resolved pretty quick was the check in information came later than the check in time.

Fantastic Spot 💚

We had such an amazing time here. The hosts are THE BEST! The home is very nice and cozy. It is very well kept. The neighborhood is very tranquil and peaceful. You are within walking distance to a lot of things, but if walking isn't your speed you can rent golf carts to cruise around on 🤩. There is so many things to do - you can... go shopping, go eat some amazing food or go swimming/walking at the beach ⛱️ We will definitely be back.

Adequate but lacking

I enjoyed the clean towels and linens. The tile and carpets were in need of a cleaning. There was no mirror in the 1/2 bath downstairs, nor was there a toilet paper holder anywhere in the “villa”. The ice maker was exceptional though. The leather couches were very comfy but all in all; overpriced for sure.

Great location, not so great property

Pros: great location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Our family of 5 fit comfortably and the kids loved the bunk room! Great supply of starters for toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent, and toiletries. Cons: a lot of work needs to be done. The walls are all dirty and there were dirty footprints on the ladder of the bunk bed. The mirror in the half bath was torn off the wall. There was no closet in the master bedroom to hang closes. The closet was locked by the owner. The bunk room had 2 closets but no drawers for clothes. There is no where to store groceries. The power went out our first night and there were no candles or flashlights. There are no toilet paper holders so our toilet paper got knocked into the toilet one day. We would not choose to stay here again unless a lot of updates are made

Location, location, location

This property was just as advertised. It was within walking distance to the pier and many shopping and dining establishments, but far enough away from it to provide a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Nice Spot

The home is clean, simple, comfortable and the outside space was so nice to have. Only thing I would have changed would be to have some bottled water (GA water does not taste good!) and some coffee available. We arrived late at night and neither were available upon arrival which was a real bummer since we'd had a long travel day and didn't want to do grocery shopping on the way in. We were only a 2-night rental so didn't really want to stock up on coffee, etc. that we wouldn't be able to drink or take home. Just FYI for future renters: the full bath is upstairs and shared between the two bedrooms (also upstairs), the half bath is downstairs with the kitchen and living room. I hadn't noticed anything in the listing to indicate stairs so I mention it in case that is important.

Clean and comfortable

Loved the cleanliness, decor, and peaceful vibe of the unit. Location has easy access to beach, restaurants, playgrounds, and grocery store. Spacious enough for my family of 5. We were glad the host set us up with paper towels, full soap, bathroom products, and detergent. Quick drive anywhere but I recommend renting a golf cart!

Spacious and comfortable way to seas the day!

We loved staying here! The decor was so cute and the furniture and beds was so comfy! The patio was the perfect place to take in some fresh air and have an outside dinner. We were in a wonderful location - very close to the beach and downtown area. 10/10 would stay again!! ☺️

Short Stay

The property is as advertised. Comfortable beds, nice new furnishings. Great outside patio area. Perfect for a longer stay. Convenient location. We didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would have liked due to rainy weather. Quaint town with great restaurants incredible sunsets. I would highly recommend
