Gulf Views from the patio, and you're just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Marco Island. Beach access is just a short walk across the street.



This condo comes furnished with a complete kitchen, WIFI, beach chairs, a beach cart, and more.

We love to make sure that our guests enjoy the paradise that Marco Island is.

Paradise Protection Plan - Our one-of-a-kind hurricane protection plan for your vacation with us! We want you to book your vacation with us during hurricane season and not worry about getting a refund if the storm forecast doesn’t allow you to come to paradise!

If there is a predicted storm during your vacation, we’ll refund 100% of your payment. The reality is that most of the time, there isn’t a storm from August through October, but we don’t want the potential for a storm to hold you back from booking, so we’ve created our Paradise Protection Plan to put your mind at ease.

Perfect location for a conference at the JW and very close to the public beach access path. Very clean and nice condo. Pool is nice and the property overall was really nice and quiet. Will stay again!

Relaxing Marco Trip

Couldn't ask for a better location for beach access and right across the street from the JW Marriott. Condo was super clean and has a lot of new amenities, balcony was a great way to end an evening.

Great Location!

Great stay, easy access and so near the beach! The onsite pool is lovely, clean and quiet. Darin as host, was easy to communicate with prior to check in and we had no need for contact once we arrived. The process was seamless and our stay was terrific! We would return!

Marco Island Vacation

We came down to Marco Island for a short vacation before meeting up with family later in the week. The condo was exactly as advertised - great location, easy access to a fantastic beach and a well appointed condo. We definitely recommend Darin and this property to other travellers.

Quick get away

We stayed here for one full day. It was almost the best vacation I’ve been on. Great location (so close to the beach). The place was very clean. Had lots of beach supplies. The host was quick at responding and was super nice. All in all had everything we needed and was a beautiful stay.

Just steps from the Beach

2 day stay. Property was just as listed, very clean, new appliances, and directly across street from beach, & Marriott. Close to everything Marco Island offers. Will use again & definitely recommend Just steps from the Beach. Communication from owner was great, quckly responded to my questions.
