- 2 miles from Downtown and the Denny Sanford Premier Center

Enjoy the amenities of a 65" TV and another big screen TV, foosball table, indoor putting range, and high speed WIFI to relax and recharge. Unwind in the spacious living rooms, challenge your friends to a game of foosball/chess, or dive into a good book from the selection provided. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a high-end, JUNA queen bed that is a traveler favorite! The master bedroom is connected to the master bathroom and it is connected to one of the bedrooms but privacy is secured with a divider. Home away from home

We had a great stay in Sioux Falls! The place was very clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to everything in town. Our group of 10 all had plenty of space and felt right at home. The host communicated clearly and promptly, making the whole experience smooth. We would definitely come back again!

Great host and great home

The host was very accommodating and very easy to work with. He responded within minutes to any communication. He was very nice when my husband forgot a couple of interns at the property and arranged to get them back to us. I would recommend staying at this location in the future. I have two sons and they loved playing with the foosball table, mini golf set and the arcade game. Great spacious home and great central location for our family to stay in!!!

We had a great time at this house and it had everything we needed! The owners were great to work with and we definitely will stay in one if their properties if we need somewhere again!

Great family space!

We loved our stay with our family! We had lots of room for the everyone to play games and just hang out together. Hosts were great at communication & it was a nice place to settle for a weekend.

Great House for get together

We had our daughter’s 16th birthday party/sleepover at this house and it was perfect for the get together! A nice big tv/gaming area with foosball table, and dining area where we played lots of card games. The rooms were big and lots of bathrooms. We’d stay again!

Great property and wonderful hosts. We chaperoned kids for Nile NxR and the hosts were terrific and the house worked wonderfully for our group.

Nice place, good location

The location is great, close to downtown and the Zoo and a number of other attractions. The house itself is very nice and can accomodate a lot of people with comfortable places to sit and socialize.

My name is Matt and I served in the military for 20 yrs. I now love to host guests when they come to Sioux Falls and I have a non-profit for Veterans called One Leg B4 the Other.

I am a huge foodie and golfer, if you need any recommendations just ask! I love spending time with friends and meeting new ones. I love serving people via VRBO, nothing makes me happier than people stopping by Sioux Falls, staying in a Lounge, and leaving happy and refreshed!

The best dining and entertainment that Sioux Falls has to offer is only minutes away: downtown, Great Plains Zoo, Great Shots, collegiate sports (Augie and USF) and the event centers such as the Denny Sanford Premier Center, Convention center, Fairgrounds and the VA.
