Located just 10 minutes from the Premier Center & the Sanford Pentagon, it provides quick access to the airport, I-90, I-229 and downtown Sioux Falls.
Staying longer? You will quickly feel at home with the comfortable common spaces (upstairs & down), private deck & large backyard, 3 electric fireplaces, new appliances, and heated garage.

Great for our family

The property was beautiful and big enough for us. Lots of laughter and stories were shared in celebrating our sisters surprise birthday party.

Broadway play

The ladies on my wife's side go to plays every year for X-mas gifts. This year they picked SF and a great play (Dear Evan Hanson). This basically new house was great for our group. It was a lot bigger than I realized and the 2 sitting areas was perfect (TV sports for me & movies/chatting for them). The double garage was a plus too. There were 5 of us and if you have a larger group you will have plenty of room. SF isn't that big so downtown and the sports complexes are all a short drive away. Joan was very quick to respond and was very helpful with restaurant options. My mother in-law is thinking about a family gathering in the future we would come back here if she picks SF.

Excellent stay

We stayed at this vrbo for my daughters graduation.The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host of the property was prompt in answering any questions and flexible with any requests we had. We would highly recommend!!

Love this place!

This was such an easy location and beautiful home. The upstairs theater room really added the extra space we needed. Will be back!
