Welcome to the Peachy Perch located in Bridges Bay Resort. This 3-bedroom 2-bath condo sleeps 8. It`s perfectly placed steps from East Lake Okoboji, and it is the closest complex to the indoor waterpark and outdoor pool. With your booking you secure 6 daily passes to the waterpark/outdoor pool, and more passes can be purchased at the waterpark if needed.

Your home away from home offers you full size kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, and small appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker (filters and coffee not furnished). In addition, steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. A washer and dryer with detergent are available for your use.

Breakfast bar includes 5 stools under the kitchen island, and the dining table seats 6. Step outside to your own private deck with East Lake views. The living room offers ample seating, wireless internet, and lots of natural light.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, a full bathroom with shower, dual vanity, and walk-in closet. Hand soap, toilet paper, and an assortment of towels are furnished for your stay. All 3 bedrooms are on one level. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 twin over twin bunk beds.

Just into town you will find Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of restaurants, bars, live entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, and the iconic Nutty Bar stand, shopping at the Emporium, and so much more!

Within a few miles you will find grocery and convenience stores to stock up for your stay. Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, Bracco Restaurant, and The Waterfront Bar and Grille as well as a gym and family arcade available for your use in the hotel. These are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay.

There is parking space for the Coronado building in front of the complex. There are several overflow lots and a dedicated boat/trailer lot. up to 4+ vehicles in the driveway.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.

Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
