Heart of the Museum District: Historic Renovated Logan Square Home

Historic renovated house nestled in the heart of the Museum District. The Franklin Institute, the Cathedral Basilica, the Academy of Natural Sciences, the Barnes Foundation, and the Rodin Museum are all with two blocks of our Logan Square home. And a couple more blocks and you can take a photo with Rocky at the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum. When you need a break from the sights, and fine dining relax with a modern kitchen and a quiet back yard. Just 50 feet to large city parking lot.



Our house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Please enjoy the house, but keep noise levels to a reasonable level. Speakers and loud music are not allowed in the property. Excessive noise is prohibited by the City of Philadelphia.

Girls weekend

Wonderful location and great parking. You can get around the city very quickly and super safe neighborhood. The house was massive and we all has great sleeping space. Great stay and highly recommend!

Excellent home

My friend and family had an awesome stay at this large home for a weekend exploring Philadelphia. The house was large, had a backyard, spacious, plenty of beds, large TVs, big entertainment room, and best of all the roof deck with a large hottub overlooking the city (always awesome to come back to after a long day out). Host Cory was always quick to respond and helpful/accommodating. Would absolutely stay again.

Great rental!

My group and I had such a great experience renting this property! The house was so clean and well-kept when we arrived. Cory was super nice and easy to coordinate with. There were about 10 of us in our group staying and there was plenty of space for all of us. Also, the parking lot across the street was a plus! Would 1000% rent again!

Great location and awesome communication

Stayed here with some friends and this place was super nice! Location was great and we could get anywhere within 10-15 mins. Cory was an awesome host and answered any questions I had.

Fun times at Cory's place!

Cory was super awesome and answered all my questions, prior to arriving! He knew it was my bday and left me an awesome gift. I highly recommend this property and would stay with Cory again.
